MY account was suspended for suspected suspicious activity. It took OVER 2 weeks to actually get a customer service agent to help me. Then I was informed that the suspension was an error on the part of ID.ME.
Long and short of it, my account was deleted and I had to open a new account, but during all this I had NO ACCESS to the websites that require an ID.ME login
