Trying to file claim for State Disability Benifits, with same employer 54 years. I had total knee replacement and on pain meds. Surgery's leg tourniquet left bruising, swelling and inability to lift left leg. To enable me to reset my password. Initially tried on 11/02/23 day of discharge from hospital. Was not able to reset password until 11/09/2023. Then when I tried to get into EDD California State Disability to file claim it was closed and is only available Mon-Saturday from 6AM to 6PM. Nearly doubled my glucose level dealing with ID.me security layers.
I used ID.me to try and get into my social security account to get my current statement. I completed all the steps successfully including the video call confirming my id. I was told during the video I had passed the id check and that I would get an email with instructions to get into my account. It never came.
