This was my first time using this system, I couldn't believe how easy and quick it was. I like how my agent spoke clearly and I was able to understand everything that she was saying.
It was easy to figure out how to do it the lady was helpful and the only problem I had was not being able to facescan but they called and the problem was fixed
Once it is set up with the needed documents it is a great versatile verification app. I like it, and use it pretty frequently!
The wait was a bit long but it gave a good estimate of the wait. I was able to cook breakfast and come back and once I connected to the video, it was quick and efficient. I loved the texhnology.

This is where most unreliable unprofessional companies I've ever experienced. They made a mistake in my portal with my states and city and I needed it to go to the DMV and Ivan I've never lived at that address since I've open an account with them I can't get ahold of anyone to change it I sent them proof evidence of my residency nothing it is now been six hours I have heard nothing from them and all they had to do is change of city and state. I cannot believe the DMV uses them and if it wasn't for that I would I would I would never use this program in fact I'm reporting them to the better business bureau. Do not use this company do everything you can to avoid it they will make you go crazy when they make mistakes with your account cuz you can do nothing about it
