Excited that I nearly achieved 100% satisfaction with ID. Me. As far as filling in some info, I only had one hiccup, that was on me. Other than that, it's a well worth experience.
Not user friendly. After spending a very long time to set this up when I wanted to send documents I kept getting an error message very frustrating. I'm just going to mail the documents

I struggle a little
Couldn't find the right answers for the questions
I had one job for 31.5 years at SSL
But it changed to Maxar at the end and didn't know how to documented in the application and I couldn't get any support
I wanted to double check my information but had forgotten my password, I went through the process and reset the info, and it only took a minute or so. Very happy with the experience.
The procedure was a little confusing at first, but I got into it and laugh at myself for making it so hard. I make a recommendation to try it " you'll like it". Lol
It sucks waist of time,. I spent a lot of time trying to snap pictures and have my ID ready and video conference them and after all that my account is suspended.what the heck.
I was pretty shocked at the level of sophistication and seamless flow of the process. From taking pics of my id, verifying it then coming back with next steps.

It was ok I am just not a electronic person. It takes me longer to find things and fill them out. I am an elderly lady and old fashioned so I don't understand a lot of the terms, but I got it done.
ID.me was very easy to navigate with cleat cut, step by step instructions. The whole process was a few minutes at most, very quick. Also, the process used would make it hard for scammers.

It's great only problem is when your using your phone it frequently starts you all over and and the volume turns down while on call with an agent but other the that its great
