CUSTOMER HELP I would not recommend this company, on my experience, all I wanted to do was update a scanner and ran into problems, the staff at USA help just ended up formatting the TF card making the scanner useless since there was no data on the card and would not send new card, after repeated emails sent they all just ignored me, went for help to a uk dealer who also was no help, so the scanner I bought is now no good, so do not buy if you expect help later
Before you start thinking the more you pay (or perhaps an in between price) for a halfway decent diagnostic reader for your car whether it be an BMW, Ford Focus or a SLK Mercedes as mine...
Please STOP before you buy from a company called " icarsoft.com." They say the have the history behind them, a tech support that is their FOR YOU. Well you can forget that... I asked for their help 3 different times but never received anything back not an iota

I will stop here before I get any angrier than my age will allow me. The End Result; icarsoft.com pricing is too high and they need a support tech that does what it says it is going to... I should start by saying I previously owned an Icarsoft i930 for my Jaguar XJ X358 which was a decent little tool and so bought the Icarsoft LRVII for my Jaguar XJ X351 thinking it would perform the same.
How wrong could I be?
I bought it for the various checks etc that may be needed, but primarily for resetting the service schedule and oil service schedule. These are needed to turn off the dash lights after performing a DIY oil change.
Although it is advertised as being capable of this, it is NOT and will not complete the task.
It does seem as if it may be able to do ths on 2010 / 2011 models but mine is a 2016 and it simply does not work.
The so called helpline is simply a joke. Take your pick rom the following...
1. They either simply ignore, ignore, ignore
2. They eventually get back to you but still DO NOT HELP
3. They eventually gte back to you and ask you to make data logs to send to them essentially helping them to diagnose what faults are in the system they designed in the first place.
As a proud Jaguar owner I am heavily involved in the forums and have seen dozens of other owners all experiencing the same issues.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this product and this company

Before you buy a unit from this company just try to call them *******001 they are NEVER available, they will answer an email with the wrong information, and then just not even bother to return the email. I have a unit that does not work from day one, and they have no fix. I offered to mail it to them to receive a working one in return and they do not even answer my email... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY...
Cannot update and icarsoft never respond to any e mails, please don't waste your money, Garbage Product
I purchased and paid for it on the 9th of August I haven't received it and can't get a responce. I've purchased a different product no issues.
Deactivated my EPB unable to reactivate and unable to connect to my Volvo XC60 again. It will damage your car. Costly experience
Icar soft will not connect to car(W204). Bildel.no to not call back after request for help.

Answer: I got the same response on my vol 11 check your connection, is your compatible, I have gone back to my sealy £40 scan which is far quicker & better. Good luck regards frank.
