i tried to clear srs codes with my Vol.11 on my 02 s80 base volvo result was kicked out of the system. Screen said check your connection obd11?; electrical?; is your car compatible with this product? this is after icarsoft Vol.11 had already automatically verifided my Vin. #! i repeated the prods. 6 more times to no avail!!! can tell is the next step?

I got the same response on my vol 11 check your connection, is your compatible,
I have gone back to my sealy £40 scan which is far quicker & better.
