I am very upset with this site. It doesn't work half the time. I use it every week but it's so aggravating trying to put in the items that you get money back for. It's runs that little circle and doesn't add the product. And then says something went wrong

I'm blown away at the amazing customer service! I had an issue with an offer that wouldn't no through to get credit. I went online to send a message on what happened. The online message also allowed me to send pictures. That in itself helped. Not expecting a reply, I checked my email a few minutes after sending the message. Dang! I received message that the issue was resolved. WOW! Kudos to Ibotta! Took me longer to gather pics and screenshots and message. Thank you!
I suppose get paid 20 dls rebate I bought 5 persil detergent the offer said 4 dls rebate limit 5 and I only get paid 4 dls back

This recent receipt had two fancy feast on there only one showed up the other did not and it voids the bonus.the receipt does indicate 2 at 1.29 each last week I bought two and not sure if it went through

I did not add an item until after I submitted my receipt, but the item would have given me cash back. I emailed Ibotta and they were kind enough to give me my cash back even though I was wrong. I think that says a lot. I'm still new to the app and still trying to learn how to use it properly. Thank you Ibotta, I truly appreciate you correcting my error.
I've been using Ibotta for 3 years and have found quite a few savings. As a vegetarian I find there are not many offers to save on plant based products. My only other frustration is when I add a product, find the same product by description and picture and yet after purchasing the item I'm told the barcode does not match.
Love this! Some things aren't stocked in the stores but I find most everything I'm looking for! Saving up for a trip to the Ark and Creation Museum!

Every receipt will have missing rebates. It's a pain in the butt to dispute them. I wish they could get this figured out. It has been going on for years. It's a lot of work for a few bucks.

When I used to order from chewy, I'd get my money back within a week. The last two orders, it has taken 90 days. I think it's ridiculous to expect me to wait 90 days for $2 so I've stopped using it for online orders.

So, there have been several occasions when I see cash back offers on Ibotta and I purchase the item and the offer is gone or changed. It's not like I screenshot before purchase to prove it was there. End up having to make another trip to return the item. Be wary…I know some offers are gone if many consumers use it but with other offers, it literally changes randomly.

I have been using this app for several years, and pays you, for buying items you'd buy anyway. The bonuses are small goals to achieve, that create another incentive. I've found if there is ever an issue, the support team is quick to respond, and they are very helpful.
I went this morning to HEB and bought 14 items on your list. You only gave me credit for 12. I noticed two items were removed and it was located on the Walmart which I have not gone to it. I have noticed this before several times before. I don't have time to write and get this taken care of. I have a husband who has stage 4 cancer, a trauma dog, a daughter who is a widow and living with us plus other stuff going on with my life. This time I am writing to complain and must say I am disappointed not getting the credit I deserve. Plus I am not getting credit for the bonus items on items I have bought. This has happened before also.
It takes a lot of time searching for items plus buying the items.

I really love using ibotta, but sometimes there's really not a huge selection of rebate choices to choose from
Had Ibotta years ago, it was okay but never had my brands. Decided to reinstall; horrible! Have found several things to redeem only to have problems submitting receipts!
Ibotta has very sneaky small print rules... Should you forget to use the app for a short period of time, they secretly deduct $3.99 from your account on an ongoing basis... which is linked to your bank account and without any notice.
Generally speaking, I've enjoyed using Ibotta. What I don't enjoy is missing out on getting $2 for a product that I did purchase, was on my receipt, exactly the right size and brand, yet not getting the bonus. Come on! Sure, it's only $2, but this seems to be happening more and more lately. Do better, Ibotta!
Ibotta rocks. They will inform you if you have missed opportunities to earn and will contact you so you can add offers.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
