I don't mind checking each week for the new offers, which can be fun, AND I really appreciate the app's function to scan the product's bar code at the store to make sure it's the right one, but it's really annoying to upload a receipt and then be asked to scan the bar codes again. Some times I have to go back and request missing cash because I bought two of an item, rather than just one.

Have bought products that I flagged but many times they are denied and when scanning bar code I can't send for review. This happened twice today.

I can't submit my receipts because suddenly Ibotta wants me to log in!
I try to log in and it asks for additional info such as my birthdate; however, the system shuts down after 2019 and says you have to be 18 years or older! I was born in 1953, but can't input that info as your stupid calendars won't let me get past 2019! VERY POOR method of obtaining a birth date and ineffective!
Now I can't input my receipts for cash back… don't know why I still use Ibotta. That may change in the near future. Why do you periodically shut my account down and start asking for a log in when everything had been fine?
By using my giant eagle card Ibotta caught I had a item to get cash back on and so I thank them
I had bought a product on Ibbota that was suppose to give me cash back. After not receiving it, I contacted Ibotta and they understood how frustrating it is not to receive payment. They quickly looked into it and gave me my cash back.
I have had a few issues in the past,and the customer service has always responded quickly and with explanations to solve the issue,I am happy I have this app It has helped get back a little on groceries crazy prices.
I have made over $1500 in cash over the time I have been using the app. I get money back on items I already use daily.
Love all the savings/money Ibotta gives back, especially with how expensive things have been the last 3 years! The midweek & weekend bonuses are great, but the money back on gift cards is my favorite :)

When you have to submit the specific item, it counts wrong! Then, when you submit a ticket, they don't count right. I told them I bought 4, they gave me credit for 1.

I really am enjoying my Ibotta experience. The App provides many stores i shop in and the bonuses are great! Thank you for helping me save at my favorite stores. Helps my budget.
Hello Ibotta Team! I am enjoying my experience with the Ibotta App. Thanks for the bonuses also which do add up fairly quickly to save me some extra dough. My only concern is that I've had a couple experiences where I didn't get cash back for online purchases (Cinemark movie tickets) because Ibotta indicated the purchase had been canceled and I actually did use the movie tickets. Another instance was when I ordered from one of the home shopping channels I also didn't get points because Ibotta indicated the items had been returned. I hadn't returned items. Not certain what's happening there. Otherwise, I would have provided a 5-star rating.
Great app. One thing I'd caution for other people is to scan what you're buying as you shop to make sure the coupon/rebate applies to your item. Have bought the wrong item in the past and customer service was quick and helpful!
Long wait times to get help with ibotta making errors and not giving me credit towards money makers for the items I redeem cash back for. They advertise these big nice bonuses and then they won't give you credit for what you bought to get the bonus. Especially when you order online thru their app, then when you get your cash back they don't give you credit for the items that you bought so you lose the money makers. They basically claim that you can get some money, then when you buy what you need to make the money, then they don't give you credit and won't even answer in a timely manner so that the bonuses you work towards expire. Then they claim they can't do anything. I do not recommend online ordering with them if you want to get a bonus because their system doesn't work right.
I had an issue getting my cash back due to the way my items were listed on my receipt, and trying to fix it on the app didn't work. I informed customer care on Sunday evening, and someone fixed my issue completely on Monday morning. This is the first time I've had to contact Ibotta with my issues (the rest were either fixed on the app or turned out to be the result of cashiers not scanning all my items rather than a problem with Ibotta), and I'm very pleased.
Most of the time it is great, but lately I have been having issues with "Can't read receipt." And it is getting very frustrating.
Since I have been using Ibotta it has been great. To get cash back on things you already buy is awesome.

Withdrawing cash can feel like pulling teeth. Especially when you're finally ready to redeem the cash for a specific reason and it doesn't work! Also, check the privacy section, they will automatically sell your information if you don't change it!
They no longer are partnered with Meijer (wish they would bring it back) But Walmart has easy pick up ordering. You need to make sure you have the right quantity and sizes, otherwise don't be afraid to submit a ticket. Very helpful around the holidays to get meals cheaper.
I've tried literally tons of online, so called "money saving" apps. I've never been able to get cash out and it is discouraging. For someone who is living paycheck to paycheck and lost their home every penny counts. In just one week with this app I've managed to cash out over 40 bucks! To some people that may not be much but it's dinner on the table and gas in my car. Thank you Ibotta! If you don't like money then you won't like this. And it's easy as heck to use too.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
