I had issues getting a receipt to scan. After notifying customer service, they had the cashback added to my account within 2 days.
I've earned over $1000 in the year and a half I've used Ibotta. The money back is usually on brand-named items, and I probably spend too much time comparing the end price of the items on Ibotta and the other brands. I usually glance through the offers on Ibotta when I review my shopping list. It's nice to earn extra money and have it there when I run short and need to cover bills. I've withdrawn my earnings once or twice, and it was easy. My money was quickly in my account. I will scan the barcode to make sure the product is correct, and I have found a few times that the item's barcode doesn't match the Ibotta offer when it is the exact size, type, etc. I usually buy the store brand instead, as it usually isn't worth my time to submit a review and then wait to hear back from Ibotta.
I was confused about Dollar General cash back vs Ibotta rebates. I was explained how it works very nicely by the help desk and received my courtesy rebate. I appreciate ibotta so much! And the help desk is always so great. Its such an amazing way to earn back extra money on groceries, or try new things at a lower cost to me.

I've used Ibotta for a few years now and I absolutely love it. Saves me so much money and it's very easy to use. Customer service is excellent. I start in January saving money and at the end of the year, I cash in my savings and use toward Christmas gifts. Tremendous help. I've taught others how to save as well. I am also able to donate to women's shelters with items the end up not costing me anything or very little.
You gave me.10 and from my ham I was getting a1.00. It didn't show up so I sent a message about not getting my cash. I saw where it was added but when I got my message from Ibotta you got money it showed only.10 cents
I recently had a receipt where the store logo was not scanning properly and therefore would not accept the upload. I contacted Ibotta customer service and they were able to assist me. They were wonderful! They resolved my issue promptly and credited my account. Great customer service!
They've stolen money from me. I earned rewards and they reversed them for no reason. I'm never using Ibotta again. They are extremely unreliable. I'm very upset and will not recommend them!
Cash back is slow coming. Many rules on what qualifies. Also I realize it would be a huge undertaking but why not have the cash back at all the stores people shop at pop through. Many times the bar codes don't match product being sold on the shelves
I earned approximately $29.75 in cash back on my purchase. I did not receive the $4 for an approved carols daughters item, so I submitted for missing cash back. Once I returned to the app the amount of $25.75, which was already cashed out, had been reversed. Please help asap! As I have offers I would like to redeem right away.

With I bop Let everything that has happened with my account. I have actually been temporary locked. And then it was actually unlock. Everything was fine until I forgot my password. I had to reset my password and for over 3 days. My account, I guess was temporary locked again and then deactivated. I requested help over and over and over. Sending multiple tickets and not a single respond until today.Stating we reviewed your account.It's been permanently deactivated. I filed an appeal thinking that it's an accidental flagging. Spokennoise since it was already flagged. Once and released, and now it's deactivated. And once again, no response from anyone, be careful people.
Although the missing cashback looks like it was my error, I thought I checked the boost product, but apparently it didn't take or I plain missed it. Customer service credited the amount anyway. With food prices today and social security being what it is, It was appreciated that Ibotta made the credit to my account.
For about the last 3 months every time I have a receipt to scan for my cash back even though it's accepted with the check mark it doesn't give me my cash back I always have to contact them to receive it, it's really getting old

Submitted a rebate and did not get the allotted rebate, i contacted the customer service team and they answered promptly, one of the better ones. Your CSA Harry was so helpful, he immediately issued the rebate from the information provided and apologized. Let me tell you its a favour you are doing us, and we are so appreciative, so when we get good customer service interactions it puts a smile on my face, as this is rare in the United States. I was a Manager at a Sandals Resorts in the caribbean so Customer service is vital in our everyday dealings. Thank you Ibotta for all you do, and give Harry a little incentive for me... lol
I downloaded Ibotta in the Spring of 2023 and was able to save approximately $110.00 through the end of the year. As of January2024 to July 1st I have only been able to save around $20.00 even though I pretty much purchase the same items.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
