I love using this app. While not all rewards apply to me, it does catch on to your shopping and will tailor rewards to it which is a fun treat!
Yesterday while doing my usual shopping, I did not notice that the cashier handed me my WIC receipt (not where my rewards were!)
I made the attempt to submit it via paper copy which didn't work (ALWAYS SAVE YOUR RECEIPT!). This isn't their policy, but they went ahead and applied the rewards after proof and pleading my case.
I always love a good (and fair) outcome in a time that is mostly ruled by bots with generated responses. Thank you, Precious P. And Ibotta!
There has got to be an easier way to check if you made a purchase that there is an Ibotta offer. I am always checking for offers, then I will get am email saying there is an offer available that I didn't select, but it doesn't say which one!
Customer service is responsive and takes care of the situation and a proper manner. It is an easy way to earn extra money when buying products that you want. Highly recommended.
I had an item clipped. It wasn't showing up. I tried numerous times to up load my receipt again so I thought I'll just send it then try to fix it. Every time the item would not show I contacted Ibotta and within a few hours I had the $$.
Ibotta is very easy to follow and if for any you've made a mistake in sending your receipts, the team is willing and able to assist immediately. The support team has a very good response rate and very effective.
Getting to the point you almost need a special app that interfaces between the other cash back apps. Example iBotta and Walmart Cash - ibotta might have the same cash back but say limit 5 while Walmart only allows one, OR ibotta will offer.75 back limit 3 and walmart 1.00 back and limit one...these are just two examples of hundreds of variances between just two competing apps...of course there are more...how does the consumer keep track of it all? It's impossible, so like me, you wind up choosing just one, it may not give as much back 'some of the time' but it's less buggy and works without constantly having to reach out to correct a rebate owed but not awarded...I have used ibotta for years but it is simply becoming too time consuming given what is stated above. So far Walmart cash has worked with zero errors...that may change but for now it is more stable.

Before Ibotta I never had any extra to go out to eat or grab some new clothes but now with our savings we have been able to enjoy going to eat again. Made the holidays a breeze with all their fantastic deals.
Overall, it's been great. The problem is where I live. The Walmart is a smaller Walmart so not all the brands are there but between Walmart and Shaws and Market Basket, I'll do pretty good. It's just there's only two of us to buy for so I don't buy a lot but I'm enjoying it and seeing the bank increase is fun!
The grandkids expect grandma & grandpa to have Chex mix on hand. How nice when we find it on sale and with an Ibotta rebate! Bb

I love the weekly deals on Ibotta! It's the perfect way to cut cost on things I purchase anyway and a great way to save on new things to try them out. It's user friendly and pays me back smoothly and quickly.
Mixed feelings so far. Produce may not get cash back even when offered since the UPC Code does not show on the receipt. (Only the lookup code.)
Every single time there is a rebate missing. Every single time I have to complain. Every single time it's the most expensive item that I don't get credit for. Every single time they will give credit but not apply it to a bonus, which I would've received if I didn't get screwed. This is the scam that Ibotta pulls.
My purchases made at Target were not shown clearly; thus, I turned the Ibotta support team. After texting pictures of the receipt and items purchased I was contacted by the customer service team who allowed the rebates to be added. I am grateful and appreciate that Ibotta allows these purchases made to help budgeting food purchases. Great job well done!
Two items I purchased were available for refund at the time they were placed in my cart. When the receipt was scanned half hour later, they had disappeared from Ibotta and did not receive the refund.
Ibotta app has been difficult to navigate to find my recovery options.

I have been using this app for about 2 years. My experience started out good but over the past 6 months my withdrawals had been disabled 3 times. The first 2 times I was able to enable it but this last time it has been disabled for about a month and I have not been able to withdraw any money.
I had a problem with getting my cash back but Ibotta worked with me and resolved the issue. Thank you! Ibotta is a great way to earn extra money on things you buy
I have had nothing but a great experience with the Ibotta Care team! Whenever something may be missing or some confusion with qualifying items/stores they have fixed or informed me of the problem. It's been great especially since I'm new to this!
This is by far the top notch app for grocery shopping. The selection of products is vast. No issues with getting $$$$ back on products. Jacob well done
