Missing cash back

Cash back rebate allowed up to THREE of an item. I purchased THREE of the item and was given cash back for only TWO. Requested a review and was told cash back was processed correctly. Definitely not happy.

Great app for saving money on groceries.

Three years now as an Ibotta user. I have saved around $1800 clipping coupons. Just clip the coupons you want and snap a picture of your receipt. The app finds the offers and you get the money credited to your account. Easy!

Baileys rebate
July 11, 2024

I bought Baileys yesterday after seeing the $3.00 rebate yesterday. Today I made sure it was still there and it was. I immediately submitted my receipt and it was pending. I checked it again and it said the deal expired. I can't return the Baileys. Very disappointed.

Fantastic customer service

I had trouble with an item, app said product matched but app did not reimburse. I contacted customer service, they sent me the reimbursement immediately, the very same day. Typically, when I buy from Walmart, the app matches the receipt and I have my cash very quickly, no need to manually upload receipt. I've earned 200.00 over the last 2 years. Each week there are offers for products I use regularly and some new items to try.

Purchase not honored

While shopping at Walmart, I scanned an item and the app showed that it was a good barcode. I purchased the item and when I got home I discovered that I did not get the rebate because it was only offered at Walgreens. When I went to Walgreens to purchase the item again to get the rebate, Walgreens does not have the product. Is there a way to get the rebate since I did make the purchase?

Missing 4.30 cash back

THE BEST CASH BACK APP OUT THERE!

When I have any issues with my rebates these people truly jump on it and they make everything right. The go above and beyond what they do and they are so kind!
I bought the wrong item that was there because I truly did not read the offer correctly. They turned around and gave me the 2.00 rebate anyway. I say download this app they are AWESOME.

I went to the store yesterday just to get downy unstoppable 7.8 oz scanned my item and y'all say it doesn't qualify. It stated ANY variety so WHERE IS My CASH Back. I clicked the 2.75 on Ibotta. This is ridiculous if you're not going to honor what your app says why offer it
