Cash back rebate allowed up to THREE of an item. I purchased THREE of the item and was given cash back for only TWO. Requested a review and was told cash back was processed correctly. Definitely not happy.

I have enjoyed the substantial savings that Ibotta has offered throughout the store. When you are living on a fixed income, these savings make quite a difference and allow me to spend in other necessary areas.
Three years now as an Ibotta user. I have saved around $1800 clipping coupons. Just clip the coupons you want and snap a picture of your receipt. The app finds the offers and you get the money credited to your account. Easy!

Ibotta is a great way to earn money on items you are already buying.
I bought Baileys yesterday after seeing the $3.00 rebate yesterday. Today I made sure it was still there and it was. I immediately submitted my receipt and it was pending. I checked it again and it said the deal expired. I can't return the Baileys. Very disappointed.
I had trouble with an item, app said product matched but app did not reimburse. I contacted customer service, they sent me the reimbursement immediately, the very same day. Typically, when I buy from Walmart, the app matches the receipt and I have my cash very quickly, no need to manually upload receipt. I've earned 200.00 over the last 2 years. Each week there are offers for products I use regularly and some new items to try.
Ibotta is great! The set up to customer service is amazing. They are helpful and kind! I haven't had a bad experience yet. Any questions they Re their to answer. Any issues they explain and treat you like you are the only customer at the moment.
While shopping at Walmart, I scanned an item and the app showed that it was a good barcode. I purchased the item and when I got home I discovered that I did not get the rebate because it was only offered at Walgreens. When I went to Walgreens to purchase the item again to get the rebate, Walgreens does not have the product. Is there a way to get the rebate since I did make the purchase?
My ticket was not computed with all products that provided math in the application. A cash back of 4.30 is missing for two products. Please check and complete the operation correctly, this is not the first time this has happened. Thanks.
I tried Ibotta once before and just didn't get anywhere with it. While talking with a friend she was telling me about her Ibotta and how much she was getting back so I decided to try it again. I have did so much better and enjoy it so much! Thank you Ibotta!

I check the web site before I walk into the store and by the time I get home and upload my receipt part of the coupons have fallen off. I have been trying to get my money out for 6 months but keep getting error or system down messages.
First and foremost, it's the easiest way to earn cash on things I would be buying anyway... and good cash! Not pennies! Secondly, Ibotta's customer service is the best! Their response time to any issue is almost immediate and the result is always positive. Love Ibotta!

I bought the wrong item that was there because I truly did not read the offer correctly. They turned around and gave me the 2.00 rebate anyway. I say download this app they are AWESOME.
I purchase the Nutri- Grain Bars and Nutri Grain Powerful Protein Bites on the same receipt. I never received the bonus for purchasing both. I contact Ibotta. I went to the store yesterday just to get downy unstoppable 7.8 oz scanned my item and y'all say it doesn't qualify. It stated ANY variety so WHERE IS My CASH Back. I clicked the 2.75 on Ibotta. This is ridiculous if you're not going to honor what your app says why offer it
Earl helped me alot, read what my issue was and fixed it. And didn't have a million emails telling me to check this site.Check that site. Or asking me to send extra copies like they usually do.
