I can't believe how easy it is to make money. Just a click of a receipt. I am so surprised when I ask people to sign up and they say no I just don't understand. At first it took awhile to remember to go into the app and mark things. But before long I was into it. If needed I can use the extra money for Christmas gifts

I scanned the can and 2 were without beans and 1 can with beans. The 2 can weee 2 for $5 on the receipt and the other was separate. Now it says expired but you can still select it.

I had a receipt that wouldn't scan, and it was clearly in the list of items I had marked. I contacted the Ibotta Care Team through Carlotta the AI assistant who walked me through opening a ticket. Within minutes Ralph I. Responded that my issue had been resolved and my money was added. Thank you for the excellent service!

My experience with Ibotta has been generally good, but it only really seems to work well when I am permitted to submit my receipts in the app as opposed to only being allowed to claim rebates by linking a loyalty account. Example: this past weekend I shopped at Sprouts and I had linked my loyalty account to my Ibotta account, added offers prior to shopping, and did not see any rebates applied. I was able to opt to submit a receipt and then was awarded my rebates and all was fine. In some cases, there is no option to submit a receipt so I'm not encouraged to attempt to earn those rebates since it's not clear to me that it'll work.

A few times my receipt hasn't scanned or uploaded. Each time, they have resolved my issue in a timely manner and found my missing cash, applying it to my account. Great service. Great app.

When I shop at a store, especially one where my loyalty card is registered with IBOTTA, I would like to automatically receive credit for eligible items. I should not have to go back and add the product to my IBOTTA account in order to get credit.
Please offer cash back on many more products or all products at CVS. I would also like to have cash back WITHOUT having to add the item to our CVS account in order to get cash back. This is an unnecessary extra step. It would be so much easier to go to the CVS link and click ADD ALL PRODUCTS. I would like to see this with all the stores that we shop at.

I have had to contact customer care twice in the almost two months I have been using Ibotta. Both times I was taken care of kindly, knowledgeably, and swiftly. I didn't wait more than 24 hours for a response, and both times they resolved my issues to my satisfaction and actually beyond. I cannot believe that an app made to give me free money for doing my shopping bothers to employ wonderful people, but they do. Every person I have dealt with has been courteous and capable and cemented my love of this app.
In almost two months I've earned $54.10. It's been so easy. Love this app!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
