I have to tell you Ibotta gave me tons of savings that no other app did. The app offers free stuff here and there for you to try. And there are tons of offers to choose from. Most offers are extremely useful. I wanted to say out loud their customer service is above and beyond. They handle issues professionally and effectively. Thank you Ibotta! I have been a member for several months and when visiting site was automatically logged in. Today I go to site and I'm logged out. Cannot remember password and it will not the requested link to my email. Yes, I checked the Spam folder and sent three more requests and nothing. Normally I'd just forget about using this app again but I have earned over $31 and want to get back on my account
Ibotta is a wonderful app! I highly recommend it for anyone who likes to save money! They don't require you to buy something you don't want to or ordinarily wouldn't. You just go about your normal life and save some money in the process. If something does not go right and you have to interface with their customer care, they are just about the best! They are normally quick response unless they are backed up, and are quite pleasant and warm. They are a pleasure to deal with.

I was missing cash back and the Ibotta team took care of it. The app is easy to use and works great with my Walmart app. Missing cash back is extremely rare, but when it happens, they always come through.

Im new to Ibotta and over Christmas break had trouble accessing my savings trying to withdraw it to a gift card. I reached out to customer support and Jean came to my rescue. She was able to find the problem, unlock my account and send me a very nice email in return. Im very happy with Ibotta especially the customer service I was given.

I used app for my Home Depot online purchase to save 4% never received that. Contacted customer service and I got a rebate of $. 17 not sure that 4% of $40 is $. 17?
Surprised I got this rebate because I went to the same store several times in December. One time I had a lot of stuff on my receipt and when I got home I tried to redeem my receipt and it just kept talking about I needed to link my account and would not let me submit what I had picked out manually nor would it let me link my account which I tried to do that several times. I was trying to figure a way to contact Ibotta for help and could not find a way to contact anyone to ask how to do link the accounts. Yesterday morning I was once again trying to figure out how to link my Schnucks account before going shopping and couldn't do it, so I didn't even bother to pick out any items for rebate and I guess the rebate I got was left over when I selected it earlier this month. Unless I was overlooking something, I did not see a way to contract anyone through the app on my phone and every time I tried to load the Ibotta account on my laptop, it would not load. Sounds like from the email I received about this rebate that your having problems, so perhaps it's being fixed. I hope so. I've started ordering on line with Walmart for grocery deliveries, If I choose items for rebates when I order on line with them will I get the rebates. I think the only rebates I saw were rebates for the 1% total. Seems like I had other things on my receipt at least one other time. The last question on this that says "Did you contact Customer Service..." I could not figure out how. So that's why I clicked no.

I had purchased seven items to help me qualify for a $10 bonus. The ticket was not showing that I qualified for the items purchased. I reached out and received very timely replies and reassurances that the situation would be looked into and taken care of. I felt skeptical but I'm happy to say I was wrong for feeling that way. Ibotta fixed the error and applied all credits to my account. I think everyone should use their app! Look at it this way…if you don't…you're just throwing money in the trash. I prefer it in my pocket instead! Thank you for giving ppl a chance to earn money back and taking care of us when errors happen!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
