I like using Ibotta to build my savings through the year. Since Ibotta has started reminding me I overlooked an item for cash back I have even more savings.
Ibotta has paid for so much: furniture, Christmas gifts, online gaming and my daughter's extensive home library. The customer service is top notch! They always help me get my cash back when I've read the fine print and kindly let me know when I didn't. It takes a little work but with bonuses and cash back on items I buy anyway, Ibotta is my personal savings account!
I love using my Ibotta app. I have gotten cash back with ease on so many purchases. A couple times I have had issues where the purchase doesn't go through and I don't see my Ibotta return but it's simple to reach out and open a ticket with Ibotta and fix the issue. All I've ever needed was my email confirmation with the purchase date and order number and they have always made it right for me with no hassle. The customer service is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They always explain why something may not have worked but then they always maw it right for me.
I had an issue with cash back. A team member responded a day later and was able to fix the issue. Very satisfied with the service!

You always have too many exceptions on products. Example: bag of candy 3.7 oz - 5.3 oz. That means 3.7 to 5.3 to me. No - I buy the 4.5 - it's not included in offer. Buy 4 yogurt, oops can't be different flavors - you have to buy 2 sets of four of same flavor. The only Walmart here doesn't even carry half the brands on your offers!

Requires time and patience to look through the offers. Sometimes the items are not available or hard to locate in the store. Thanks for the 'For You' list that puts my usual buy items for me to see first.
Linking your store to the ibotta app would be easier, but I don't trust it to find all the coupons that is available.
I spend 4 hours looking at all the possible coupons and reading the fine print. If you dont read the fine print, (for buying the exact size, buy 2s, only one time counts) then I've wasted money buying the product to get the discount when I could buy a cheaper brand instead. Some things they show a picture of doesn't even get the discount.
Then I spend 2 hours in the store searching for the product advertised. It takes a lot of time.
Anytime I ever have a question or an issue, the resolution team is always there to assist me and resolve any and all issues in a very timely fashion. Thank you Ibotta for all the hard work. Hands-down the best app ever.

I had made a purchase with a verified product on Ibotta but the app was not recognizing the UPC code nor was it allowing me to manually enter to recieve cash back. I reached out and within 1 day - had the rebate added to my account. Great, quick service - love this app! I have been saving so much!

I buy what I need or want, not what the store or ibotta is pushing. I spend $150 at a grocery store and only get 15 to 70 cents in savings. It seems as though everytime I get a pittance of savings on an item, it never shows up again. Every item that I check is telling the store and ibotta that I may be interested, and then it falls off the list and doesn't return.
This is a mining operation for the store and ibotta - popular and quality items are not consistently offered while they attempt to push non-sellers. That's how I see it.

I have been having issues with the app not reading my purchases correctly. Just now I purchased Poppi at Sprouts and I am getting a different cashback for a Culture pop drink.

My Dollar General account hadn't retrieved a receipt for purchases made including Ibotta offers. I reached out to the support team and they were able to find the transaction and manually credit the amount of the Ibotta offer redeemed. Ritchie was able to assist promptly and kindly. I purchased a product i was supposed to get money back on and it was denied. The specifications said one time per receipt, not one time per lifetime.
I'd sent a screenshot of my purchases and the receipt and a screenshot of what you said you would pay, which is $2.00 for the liquid All. You gave me $0.75

I was missing cash back and even my offer was not pending. I reached out to Ibotta Help and I was able to get this resolved within 24-48 hours. If not sooner! Very friendly and made sure all was taken care of and I got my cash back!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
