On two separate occasions I have purchased Lego sets from Sam's Club. Both times neither purchase received the rebate, although receipt stated item and I scanned the item upc as requested. The items were definitely the items in the Ibotta site. Have tried to contact customer service/support, but no success.
Anytime I have issues (which isn't very often) the customer service is always so helpful and responsive. My problems are always cleared up quickly.

There was an issue with Ibotta not recognizing an offer and I initially got someone named Scarlett who was of no help even after proving all proof I could provide about how the offer did not go through even when I put "missing cash back" she did not resolve my issue. I resubmitted another request and got aries and aries was so helpful. Aries recognized the issue and was able to assist me. I'm grateful Ibotta exists in a time where the dollar is losing its value so fast. This app has made me save a lot of money and I'm glad I got great customer service from Aries. Keep up the great work.

I had an issue getting my cash back for a Lego set at Macys. For some reason Macys reported my order as cancelled (which means I wouldn't get an Ibotta refund for the item I ordered), although it was not. When I reached out to Ibotta with proof of my order being processed and shipped, they were quick to respond and issue my refund. I'm really happy and appreciate how quickly they handled this and will continue to use Ibotta in the future.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
