The app has a glitch sometimes it doesn't recognize the quantity of purchased drinks at the bar, but when you contact customer service they always help very fast! I have been using the Ibotta app for 6 years now. Very seldom do I have an issue with rebates but when I do they handle their business! If you are not using Ibotta for cash back I don't get it! This is a honest and straightforward statement. No incentive.

I got an email saying cash back was removed due to a possible return or sale cancellation (a month after the purchase). I did not return anything, so I contacted the care team and this time they didn't put me through the tedious task of uploading pictures or relocating all the items from my purchase. They just simply gave me my earnings back. It was just over $2, which is a lot considering I've had to go back and forth for 80 cents in the past. This was a much greater experience.

When no other customer service rep would help, I had one that did. Ian P really went above and beyond in helping solve my issues with Ibotta. You buy something that is in the app and it says the barcodes don't match, when you have the exact same one posted. No response through the app from anyone until Ian P got my request. I really appreciate having a customer service rep that shows they care. CSR at its best!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
