It's as easy as just sending my Sam's Club order through the Ibotta app. Then I automatically recieve percentage back each time. Even if none of my items are the particular brands listed with Ibotta.

I've been using the app for 5-6 years. My experience has been incredible through the years. If I ever experience an issue, which is rarely CS always is able to help me with a satisfactory answer. There are times when I wish some offers like daily foods: milk, eggs, produce were permanent especially right now with inflation & the cost of food going up. I would also like to have a little more cushion on the bonus offers, like if I couldn't meet my goal, at least to give me a little percentage at the end (crossing fingers). I do still enjoy the app. I totally recommend the use of this if you would like to have a little extra.

I downloaded the app a few weeks ago. I made a couple of small purchases and things went fine. So, a few non-parishables we use were on the app. I decided to stock up and save. I followed all of the user requirements, did not exceed purchase item limits, my accounts were linked and went through Ibotta to order from walmart.com. I only have one account (ever) with Ibotta and only on one device. My reciept was electronic and same day. My account was immediately locked to "protect my rewards". The app says that when you purchase through walmart.com that the rewards are immediate as soon as the items are rec'd, and that you'll be able to withdraw within minutes. Still, Ibotta is keeping my account locked in order to "validate". My account had already been validated with the two small purchases a week prior and through me linking all of my banking apps, etc. That isn't the reason. In the end, it's false advertising, they are billing brands for coupon use but not paying the people using the coupons, and have very poor customer service as well. If they won't pay on time, or at all, then this is equal to a scam. Users beware.

The Ibotta customer service has been exceptional. Even though I have had some issues with getting credits along the way, they have always worked with me on getting them resolved.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
