First off, thank you as always for your help! Sometimes I will get a snarky person who just doesn't care to help and are pretty rude...but 9 times out of 10, they are understanding if I read the small print incorrectly. I don't know why buy my linked accounts are not automatically adding my offers when I purchase them so it's like every single shopping trip lately I have had to write in. After Jewel-Osco updated the format of their receipts, the app has been unable to correctly read them. Instead of having a separate line for each item, the receipts now show quantity on a single line (ie: "3@"). Despite scanning the barcodes in the app on approved purchases to ensure the correct number of items is being recognized, it still comes back saying only one item was purchased. Then it is several days before an actual human reviews the receipt and manually applies the remaining balance. On top of all this, you miss out on the correct number of items purchased going towards any bonuses you have. Customer service just tells you they cannot help with bonuses. I have explained this situation ad nauseam to ibotta, nothing seems to get updated or fixed.

My receipt from Target printed weird because the ink was running low, and the Ibotta app read the date wrong. I contacted Ibotta support and within a day I was able to get my offer into my earnings. Margarette and Aira really helped me out.

I did not receive cash back from a Sam's purchase as I used their scan and go to eliminate wait times in line. I did not realize Ibotta doesn't recognize paper copies printed on your home computer. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful in helping me get the refund this time. I really appreciate their help and love using their app for cash back when what I purchase is there to redeem.
It will not process my gift card. If you use this app and try to redeem for an amazon gift card it will not process the request.

Having used the benefits of Ibotta for a number of years, I find the app easy to use and a big help when looking for those hard to find savings. Together with store discounts (yes planning ahead does help), I've received over $2,500 in refunds.
EVERY single time I try to redeem the Absolut or Jameson rebates from Any Restaurant Ibotta only credits me for 1 purchase even though my receipts clearly show at least 2 purchases. This has been going on all year. I spend so much time asking (through messages) Ibotta customer care to please look at the receipt and fix the problem.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
