I had an issue with a receipt--actually lack of receipt--for a purchase I made at Target. I didn't get a receipt at point of purchase but submitted a copy from my app. Even though it is not their usual policy to accept copies like that, customer service (Roxanne) was able to put through the offers on my receipt so I earned the cash back. No hassle. I greatly appreciate that.

I've used Ibotta for years and find that they always have items for cash back that I'm already buying, so I'm not usually going out of my way to buy different brands. It's a great way to earn some extra money and all you have to do is upload your receipt. If you use it as frequently as I do, it accumulates pretty fast. I've never had any issues and have recommended Ibotta to people many times.
7/19/24 today i purchased the nudges 2 of them for $4 I got nothing and it was the same bag as the picture and discription and I couldn't talk to anyone very disappointed.
Everything is usually great but sometimes it will ask to scan a barcode that I have already thrown away and I will miss out on cash back.
After submitting my information the customer service center was able to resolve the issue and submit my cash back.

I bought per your directions on the app in store and the grands 8 count cinnamon rolls got first had no rebate. So read carefully and got the pilsbury grands 5 count deluxe cinnamon rolls and purchased two on your app in store and app said it qualified with a green check. Get home app states doesn't quilify now?
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate.
