I usually get all of the credit that I'm supposed to. Yesterday when I went shopping, I came back and got most of my credit back. Ibotta sent me a message that said that if I go back into the app under my earnings, I could get more credit for something that I purchased. I did that and just got the credit back now. I am very happy with everything Ibotta.

Many many times, Ibotta automatically scans and offers rebate for an item on a receipt that isn't appropriate. It can appear the buyer tried to gain the rebate, but there is no way to scan an item on a receipt if you didn't purchase it. Many error rebates attempted and then reversed. It's very frustrating.
This evening I tried to redeem the $0.50 on my Harris Teeter shopping trip for 2 multipacks of GoGurt yoplait yogurt. But the barcode didn't scan and they are multipacks and they are a Yoplait product. They weren't in the excluded category either. Having a hard time locating the customer service messaging so decided to text it here. Most times earnings are matched and sync well.
I submitted a receipt with 4 of the same items on it (limit 4). I requested all 4 for a total of $16. I was only granted $4, even though the receipt clearly showed 4. This is the second time this has happened on an "any restaurant" submission. It is very frustrating to have to continually follow up and make things right.

I was missing cash from my Walmart receipt. I contacted Ibotta the same day to let them know that I had bought 2 items that I was supposed to get money back on. They corrected the mistake and I got my money n my account the same day.
I shouldn't have to make sure that it scans and then accepts everything twice. I submitted to correct that I got 2 Boba from Target which it accepted the scan and then only gave me 1. I went to request it again but it wants me to scan the box again. It's in the trash! I don't the boxes I don't need!
I saw a store sale on this butter and at first when I put it through self check out it didn't register so I asked the employee and she put it through for me. I didn't realize that ibotta also had it on their list. It was a super surprise value especially since so many groceries are so much higher in cost lately. Thank you.
Ibotta site says up to 10 percent and I get maybe one percent! That's ridiculous return.

I purchased Glade twin candles on 7/12. Submitted receipt on 7/18. Thats 6 days and I did not receive credit for my puchase. Then I get email stating purchase had to be within 7 days and I was 6 days. Then I was told I would get credit but no credit. I emailed by several people who made it seem as if I didnt know what i was doing. Been using iBotta fot 7 years and not happy.
After downloading Ibotta back in 2018 it's been an app I've regularly earned cash back through. A couple minutes of searching the coupon library before or after grocery shopping has earned enough to withdraw within 2-3 months. As the years have gone on it's only gotten easier and more intuitive to redeem receipts, earn bonuses, and claim cash back on online purchases.
I've tried other apps in this genre, but none provided the same value as Ibotta. If you're interested in saving a few bucks with mere minutes of effort give it a download.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
