I had an issue with an offer that wasn't displayed properly, and though it had store-based restrictions, there wasn't any store-based restriction displayed with the offer page. I contacted support, who explained that the store-based restrictions are enforced by searches from the stores for the offer, but because it was confusing, they honored the offer and credited my account for the offer even though it had been through a different store. Overall, our interaction was very positive, and the outcome was better than I had expected. But beneath the surface, customer service was prompt, accurate, compassionate and handled very professionally. I work in customer service, and this is how you do customer service, even when the customer does NOT get the outcome they wanted--in this case, I DID get the outcome I wanted.
I alerted Ibotta that they did not credit me the rebate for an item I purchased on my latest receipt and within hours had my rebate credited to my account. That is fast customer service! Thanks Ibotta!
I had a very difficult and hard to explain issue receiving my cash back for this offer. I had to contact the help center to resolve it. They did a fantastic job listening to what the problem was and fixing it very fast. Thank you for the great customer service 😊
Ann was the ONLY person who read my emails and got me a credit on my account when I couldn't get connectivity! A valued member shouldn't have to send as many emails as I did to literally beg for someone to read the details and solve the issue!
I have used Ibotta almost since it started. I like the game of looking for coupons based on what I buy every week and get excited when I am able to purchase and get bonus dollars! Highly recommend one of the best coupon sites out there.

Had to change my email address last year. I have had the same phone number for many years. Updated IB with new email, but now I can't withdraw because it says my phone number is used on another account (the old email).
I purchase many of the items on Ibotta so it is a no brainer to join and get money back for your purchases. It adds up and before you realize, you are collecting a few hundred dollars.
Had issues with my app on my phone and a coupon that was not attaching to a purchase not exactly sure what was going on with it but after a couple of correspondence, Richie helped me figure out what was going on and added the coupon to my purchase, I appreciate all the help and I absolutely love the quick turnaround and responses that I bought a gives.

Had a problem with Walmart cashback I believe was due to gift card used as payment method and not credit card in my Walmart wallet. The employee was understanding and gave me the credit as a courtesy :)

Since the Hannaford loyalty account link no longer works you have to manually submit your receipt. I realize this makes things more difficult for the Ibotta team but I am getting a little tired of constantly reaching out to not get an answer. In all the years I've been with Ibotta I have never had so many issues. I'm assuming most of it is due to the fact that the Hannaford loyalty account is no longer linked or whatever the problem is and we now have to manually submit the receipts. I was missing $1.75 cash back and now we're up to $6.25. In this day and age that's a lot of money. No responses from Ibotta except the automatically generated response saying due to the number on inquiries we will get back to you in 2 days.its now been (issue 1) a month, (issue 2) a week and a half and finally (issue 3) 3 days for the final issue. What do I have to do to get resolution?! From a loyal customer who has given many positive reviews I'm not feeling very positive anymore.

Finally got my issue fixed logging into my account. The email I was using was full and could not verify my account until I had cleaned my inbox. I'm glad the tech team continued to try to help me out with my issue.

This app is great. If I forget to add an item with cash back I'll get a notification about it and still able to add the item. This is a great feature that helps saves money on stuff you buy anyway.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
