Had two more items today that matcjed what was briefly written and even matches the pictures in the offer, but said not elegible when I scanned them. Frustrating!
I really thought Ibotta was a way to make some extra cash or gift cards. I had $52.00 and tried to withdraw my earnings. Ibotta asked me to verify my name and email but when I did this. My balance went to $0. I emailed them to ask and every time I tried to get back into my account it said their was a problem. I know they have my correct email because I'm sent different deals. However, no one contacted me back and now I have lost $52.00.
Lowes cashback didn't automatically send so I had to reach out to customer service for help and they manually entered my $4 for percil laundry detergent in; thank you!

Recently I made a purchase at an Ibotta business. I didn't know that the item purchased was also an Ibotta rebate item. Ibotta notified me that I had purchased an item that had a rebate. I simply needed to submit a recommended request for the item and the money would be mine, Thanks Ibotta!
I forgot to log onto Ibotta before ordering items from CVS on-line. Less than a hour later Ibotta notified me that I left "money on the table" and gave me 24 hours to claim it.

For Ibotta to offer a $2.50 rebate on eggs at a time when the cost of eggs is so high is another example of how much they want to assist the consumer. I was having issues downloading my new Walmart receipt. The support team helped me through emails. I sent them pictures of my receipt and which rewards I was trying to claim and they gave me the rewards!

There was a mistake made to my account where I received a credit then it was removed. After much a do provides receipts etc. issue was resolved and they doubled my credit.
