I really thought Ibotta was a way to make some extra cash or gift cards. I had $52.00 and tried to withdraw my earnings. Ibotta asked me to verify my name and email but when I did this. My balance went to $0. I emailed them to ask and every time I tried to get back into my account it said their was a problem. I know they have my correct email because I'm sent different deals. However, no one contacted me back and now I have lost $52.00.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate.
