I have used Ibotta for a couple of years. When I first started using it, there were better opportunities for cash back. Now it's 5 cents/ 10 cents for things. Not really a savings these days. I also do not like that you cannot get cash back if a store offers cash back for the same item. Sometimes I do not use the card I have linked to my store and would just like to get the cash back from Ibotta. But it is a whole process to do that. If I put in for cash back I should get it.
I had an issue (it was on my side) regarding a product purchased but not able to redeem the reward. Customer Service (CS) got back to me quickly and explained the issue to me. Turns out I had selected to receive 'cash back' from the retailer which made it unavailable through ibotta. The CS rep explained this to me in an email and as a courteousy added the product reward as well. I found the entire experience to be very well managed and appreciated the additional information that the CS rep provided as to why I was ineligible. Overall, a great experience.
I like shopping with ibotta. This time you gave me back too much money. It said I had 4 yogurts but I only had 2. I thought I fixed it before I pressed submit. I should only get $1.20 back not $2.40. I had two 2good yogurts with two yogurts of another brand. Trying to stay honest. Thank you for your assistance

I had a problem with the app not recognizing the bar code on an item to receive the cash back. I was able to submit a request with photos to show what was purchased. It was easy and my request was investigated quickly and resolved. Very happy with the ease and the quick response.
I emailed Ibotta because I was missing cash back for an online purchase. They quickly resolved the issue and it was not a hassle at all. Great experience.

Apparently my account was hacked and Ibotta deactivated it for reasons, when I reached out to them the representative George was super helpful with the process of explaining and transferring my earnings to the new account

I'm disappointed that the majority of cash back applies to Walmart. I wish there was better representation from other stores as I do not shop at Walmart.

I've been using Ibotta for over a year, and they always come through whenever I have an issue, which is rare, but it happens. Their customer care is fast and friendly, and I have never been disappointed. In addition to the cash back offers, I purchase their gift cards, which is another great way to save money.

At the start of using the Ibotta app I was kinda skeptical. However after a few years of using the app,I find it to be a great way to utilize receipts that I normally would throw away in the past to being rewarded with gift cards, which is great to use especially@ Christmas time.
I was out of country for six months due my accident, and you had deducted $ 4.99 as I am not used Ibotta.

I had an issue with a reward that I expected, but needed some help to cross the finish line. They worked to explain the process and pushed through the reward. I've been a user for quite sometime. It's great to garner savings on the products you normally purchase, rather than a bunch of coupons for irrelevant products. Worth the time to sign up.
I have been using Ibotta for almost two years now. It is by far the best rebate app available. The rebates available on the app are unmatched and customer service is top notch. If there is ever a problem with a transaction they are quick to respond and always willing to help correct the problem.
I will randomly not get credit for items, seems mainly at Dollar General. I do all the steps and will not receive rebate. Contacting customer service and actually getting a response is way to difficult. Took me 7 times, 3 ways of contact and we'll over a week to get a response. I am a loyal user and this issues shouldn't occur or take so long for response.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
