Ordered 2 items, only received 1 after opening a PayPal case. This website asked to ship item back to Malaysia from US at my own cost (which would've costed more than the item). PayPal sided with the website even after my complaint that it is a scam. Stay Away!
I ordered what I knew would be an obvious knock-off hoodie instead of slides, which would be fine had they ever responded, acknowledged, or actually sent me anything. I paid their outrageous priority fee of $30 figuring I might actually see the items in a couple weeks, but they've yet to even push my order through from a 'processing' status. I've emailed them three times, disputed with PayPal and they've tried to contact them twice, so I just pulled a Karen and called my bank to get credit for the disputed charge. Don't even think about ordering from this company.

My husband was shipped a very cheap ring, almost a month after our order was cancelled. The customer care team was combative, cynical and highly unprofessional. I also believe they are scammers from the US with cheap Chinese manufacturers.
I ordered a Supreme hoodie from them 3 weeks ago. I was looking for a tracking number or an email of any kind to show me how and when I would be receiving my order. I was prepared to hear that it was going to be awhile, and that wouldn't have been too bad, but I've sent them several different requests, and they either don't answer, or give you some canned response that sends you in circles. I'm not sure how their products are, but their customer service absolutely sucks!
I've been going back and forth with them for over a month now, zero tracking and now they've all but stopped replying to messages. No refund of yet but I'm getting it back via my CC company. Also contacted the BBB and the local police in their area. Did an easy "whois" search online and got their name, address and phone number. Handed it over to the local police in their area. Filled a report about theft and they are now investigating! These people are the worst! Scum!
Hypeing was one of the best merchant I come across. They are legit and I received my purchased items in timely manner. I will do repeat purchase as they have the latest Supreme drops I am looking for. Recommended.
My 11 year old son used allowance to purchase a $39.99 "Supreme" sweatshirt in April.

I know the Clothes are fake it's $40 no $#*! but I bought a supreme hoodie and I waited and waited never showed up got cameras at my porch. I called several times and never answered then I emailed them four times no reply or refund. Other reviews fake as $#*! except maybe one.

I ordered two hoodies for my son. The order was not true to size. I contacted Customer Service. I received an automated response that you will receive a response in 24-72 business hours. I tried 4 times to get a response for over a month. I Did NOT receive a response until I contacted paypal for a refund. This company then says to paypal they will issue a full refund when I return the merchandise. Catch 22, the cost to return to the address they provided is $54,2/3 the cost of the 2 hoodies. Somehow that does not seem reasonable. Had I received true to size merchandise, I would not have had to return them and would have been extremely happy with what we received. I am happy to return the products if a more reasonable shipping option be provided. I would not order from this company again because of this experience with their customer service department. I was leery to make the initial purchase and my son was so excited and said they were so legit... Well, I should have stuck with my initial gut response.
