I ordered a Supreme hoodie from them 3 weeks ago. I was looking for a tracking number or an email of any kind to show me how and when I would be receiving my order. I was prepared to hear that it was going to be awhile, and that wouldn't have been too bad, but I've sent them several different requests, and they either don't answer, or give you some canned response that sends you in circles. I'm not sure how their products are, but their customer service absolutely sucks!
