Hyfol

I ordered 3 tee shirts for a themed event. After 5-6 weeks 2 shirts arrive w one massively to large. 3rd shirt never arrived. (6 months now) Multiple emails to customer service and never a reply. Do NOT order from these people.

I received my order and was very impressed with the jacket, and, how versatile it was!
I have never known a jacket that is so adaptable!:)
The fit and quality was excellent!
Better than i could have hoped!
I was also very impressed with the shipping, especially, from Asia & with the pandemic!
Overall i had a very good 'Customer Experience!'

Hate to say it but should have used Amazon. I ordered 3 tee shirts for an event a month away. After a week I received an email confirming order and a 6 weeks after that 2 tee shirts arrived (one an XXXL w tag removed- not the size ordered) and a single shirt in the correct size. Still (2 months latter) and no sign of the third shirt and no response to the half dozen emails to Hyfol.
