I ordered an AS382 shower panel from this company. The main shower head works fine, the handheld works fine, but only 3 of six body sprays work. When I hold pressure over two, water comes out of other three. I had water pressure tested at 68 psi and this was installed by a licensed plumber and hooked up per their instruction sheet. I tried to contact them per phone number in UK and said they only gave support for products sold in UK. Then I was transferred to International number and put on hold for 10 minutes.(Can't wait to see that bill)Finally hung up and tried their website. Received answers like "Hmmm" then "Well" "Why has plumber left". When asked about support number in US... there isn't one.

Avoid this company and its products at all costs. The quality of the items they sell is extremely lacking. We are a small developer and decided to install their bathroom taps and showers into 7 houses we have recently built. I have regretted that decision ever since we made it. Five of the taps have failed and the onwards customer support from Hudson Reed has been atrocious. They have ducked and dived to try and avoid accepting responsibility for the faulty taps, and this is for taps that weren't even cheap. They just repackage cheap chinese knock offs and take no responsibility for failures or warranty claims if anything goes wrong with the product even a couple of months down the line. AVOID AVOID AVOID

My order got caught in US customs, but after contacting the Director of Operations everything was more than satisfactory resolved.

One radiator was damaged in transit by FedEx and upon showing pictures, Hudson Reed USA (Limitless Digital) sent out a replacement. More than happy with their response to a difficult situation.

Ordered a shower system from Hudson Reed. It never showed up. Hudson Reed offered no help in resolving the problem. Would no track through the shipping system, which involved a 3rd party shipper. No refund. No re-ship. Bottom line, I'm out $800. Would not recommend purchasing from Hudson Reed.

These people are a fraud. I ordered a towel warmer from them in August of 2008 which I sent them a check in the mail. I waited for several weeks since they were in the UK. After about 1month I noticed my check had been cashed and I had recieved no product. After calling long distance there was no order ever placed and I was instructed to email them my order. It has been almost a year and I have spoken with several people from Hudson Reed and still have not recieved my refund or product. I am now over $200.00 in long distance calls trying to recieve a refund that was $199.00. These people are a fraud and very unprofessional. AVOID! Ordering any products from this company>FRAUD!

Hello AllHudson Reed Mixer taps
Hello All, i have just asked Hudson Reed why my heavy chrome tapheads have started to bobble/pitting after only 2 years, The tap housing /body is fine. I use mentholated spirit to clean the taps, probably once every 2 months, They said this will impair the chrome and it is not warranted.
We are so dissapointed after spending £160 plus on this inferior product.
We are disappointed in the quality, a heavy tap with a poor chrome finish,
I will not be purchasing their products again despite being American.
Perhaps they should use the same chroming technics used by Harley Davidson...
In all very disappointed in the product and the technical support services who have kicked us into touch.
Bye Bye Hudson Reed... We recommend you find a better product because buying expensive insures nothing with this product.

Absolutely horrific experience with this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Took a pre-order for a heater. The company could not deliver the product after 3 months of waiting. As of 03/2021, do NOT buy ANYTHING pre-order from Hudson Reed. They have lost total control of their product line and cannot deliver on anything they are promising at the present time.

NOT FIT for purpose

Last year purchased a 1440mm Double Cabinet & Basin Code: QUA002regards for over £500
Unit has stained on the basin when a medication bottle spilt
Unit is not fit for purpose as is not sealed properly
The company sales the unit with 5 year warranty but they do not cover staining from spillage -- not sure what they cover and if their warranty is worth the paper printed on-- well actually is not as is now all paperless
Avoid products from this company
