I found out the hard way that the easy returns are not so easy.
When i purchased the bose radio and was unhappy with it, i decided to return the radio.
It appears that anything not shipped directly by hsn does not come with a return label and you have
To pay shipping costs to the manufacturer. They can be very expensive.
Hsn does not say that when they are conning you to buy the product.
It appears that most of the products i was interested in ships from the manufacturer, hence huge
Shipping costs to return.
Be very careful when buying anything from hsn.
All this was told to me by customer service after i received the bose radio.
I would think they would be ashamed of themselves to do business like that.
Never again staff unfriendly they charged my card couldn't process my order them i had to wait on hold to request refund hung up on me when I ask when I could expect my $113 dollars back still waiting for refund! Don't waste your time and money!
I started to shop from HSN for about over a year now and I'm quite impressed with some of their products like vitamins from Dr. Andress Lessman, beauty and kitchen wares. They have good customer service and their return policy is very flexible. Definitely will continue to shop online with HSN for years to come.
If u call hsn to get a payoff on your account they will argue you don't have a balance you are paid off etc because the online system as well as staff will not tell you BUT in 18 days you will owe a flex at of 1.66 snd if u forget it you'll pay a 20 something or 30 dollar late fee. If u buy on flex item and owe 3.15 one date and buy something else snd owe 5.13 another etc then u very well might forget one of the flex when it's due and get charged a hefty late payment. I know the answer is don't use flex pay and from now on I won't.

Do not buy a phone from them. I love HSN and purchase regulary. I bought a Samsung s8 plus for $804. I Paid my last payment on 9/21/18. I broke the phone on 9/28/18. I did not expect anything from HSN until I went to register the phone and could not. I contacted samsung to have it registered and repaired only to be told the phone is international and cannot be registered or repaired in the United States there is no way possible for them to even get parts. I was not told this when I purchased the phone. I want my money back and HSN feel it is not their problem.
Oversized cashmere sweater I ordered took a month to be shipped, has no labels, and is by no means size, or material as advertised. Customer support was requesting photos, which I did email, and after a day their response was that I look good in it (I look great in Pyjamas) and could wear I could wear it with a coat! I feel scammed.
I placed an order that was supposed to be free shipping. Called back requested an adjustment and was told of that happens at midnight. What? I just placed the order at 10 am. Let me speak to a supervisor. She was worse. I asked tip cancel the order and the credit card i was just approved for and she transferred me to limbo. ×have tip love great service.
Great items and constant deals on this site. Get everything you love from the home shopping network. They have everything for the home, kitchen, electronics, fashion, jewelry and more. Some of the deals are just hard to pass up, and they have great customer service.
That is the name of the Game with HSN, I watched the video on their website and started the order process and here it is $59 price increase. What? Called customer service the woman said with an attitude and rudeness it says under the video that the price may change. I said no it doesn't and she said it is in the fine print. So there are plenty of other websites to order the products... Stay Away from HSN
I purchased an rca tablet. Shortly after purchase the tabler quit working. I wanted to send it back for another one. A woman from cs department told me they couldn't trade it because they ran out. A couple of days later they had the item for sale again. I called to see if I could trade the item. I was told it was more than 30 days. Why did I get 2 different stories? Last time I spend my money on their junk.
I ordered a mother's day gift on 4/29/2017. Called today 5/12/2017 to check the status of my mother's day gift not yet being received and learned that item was never ordered due to what they claim "technical difficulty". They did not inform me of the issue. I only learned of this when following up today. I have received two items from them (not as important as a mother's day gift) and I am sending them both back as a result of my most important order FAILING. Had they informed me, I could have made other arrangements for a mother's day gift for my mom who lives in Calif when I live in Hawaii. I am so livid and disappointed in HSN simply because I am left with no time to make other arrangement for mother's day. I promise to tell as least 30,000 of this experience.
I just tried to cancel an order for 2 items I placed 1-1/2 days ago. I was told that I had to do it before midnight that day. I was already billed for the items but won't get them for another week. This stinks.
I purchase a laptop from this company. It was a while before l could pay it off, however, I was still under good standing. When I was able to pay it off. I called the bank that handle their accounts. I informed them that I wanted to pay This company off. This bank told me what I owed in full. So I paid my bill in full. A few months later, I wanted to purchase an item, and was told I owe over a hundreds. I informed the rep that I paid my bill in full. We went back and forth, I put a rep from the bank on the phone to help clear the problem by letting her speak to this company's rep. Still nothing was cleared so I ask the bank rep. To send me a statement saying my bill is paid in full. Here it is 3 or 4 years and they still have not cleared this issue. Someone in their office was not doing their job. Never, again!
Customer service team for HSN is horrible, they talk to you very unappreciative of your business and just down right rude! I have purchased many things from HSN over the years, but after dealing with their very rude customer service reps and their supervisors, i will no longer give them my business.
Dont order any sports superbowl shot glasses, they will send you the first 5 and never send you the rest! Then no one can tell you why but they want all the money and not be able to tell you why!
Then will send you to collections and a court order. No customer satisfaction at all!
I purchased a dash cam and later tried to write a review about it. It turned out that I cannot write a review because I checked out as a GUEST. Well I do have a HSN account which is created 1 year before this purchase, and I can see my order when I logged in to my account. When you try to write a review, you also need to log in to the HSN account. This is weird, you can see your order but just cannot write a review. First or all, no matter what if you purchased a product from an online store, you should have right to write review, that is common sense. HSN needs to get improvement about website flexibility. Compared to other merchandisers' website, it is unfriendly and very confusing.
Tried to place an order and I was denied! Was told that someone would call me back and tell me why. No one called so I had to call them. Was told the second time, that someone else would call me back. Still no call. The third time I called, i was told that I had to send a letter to them (didn't say who THEM is)! Finally, I just hung up. Will take my business elsewhere.
I had moved since my last order, and I couldn't change the address online. I called and changed the address and placed the order for a $184 item. They sent it to my old address and now it will take several days to process a refund. Totally disappointed in such incompetence. Find somewhere else to shop!
HSN is a poor company to work for and is in serious trouble due to a culture of bad judgement, poor employee relations, and lack of vision. The corporate leadership is quick to make snap judgements and criticize its employees without first assessing the situation. They are currently in a panic mode, with most of the corporate big wigs in the TN facility, due to another multi million dollar infrastructure disaster decision. Employees and customers are leaving in droves. Employees due to long hours, low to average wages, and bad treatment by leadership. Customers are leaving due to poor service, late and very late orders, and realizing that HSN cares more about image than substance. They propogandize on every box that "it's fun here". Believe me-IT IS NOT!
In December 2019, I purchased a set of Curtis Stone pans and a universal Curtis Stone lid. I assumed I was buying the best. Today April 5,2020 less than 4 months after purchase, the handle came loose from the lid. I contacted HSN and was told they will not replace the lid. Absolute joke. I will never buy from HSN again...
Answer: They tell u how long u hv to activate that phone! It's called 'pay attention'. I've been with them over 15 yrs. I do a lot of shopping online. Can't beat the returns or customer service. Watch ur items for 30 day price decrease. They refund the difference! I hv a blast getting $$ back.
