I was asked to pay $5 refundable fee, but as soon as I answered I was charged $75. I gave them the card that had only $10 in account, they charged me $5, tried to charge my card for $75 multiple times and did not answer my question. They said I had to wait for a lawyer to answer my question, I waited for 45 minutes, no response.
I got in touch with this site when they said they could help with a tech problem. They didn't solve my problem and I ended up paying the initial £1 they said it would cost and a few minutes ago I saw I had been charged another £39. Stay away from this site.

I thought it wasnt AI. My problem was bit complicated. I got automated replies. I already tried AI for this. I wrote the same exact questions got same answers. I wrote a very vague explanation. They didnt ask me my account name or any questions. They said hold on. I held on to a yes or no question for an hour. I recorded the chat. I told them i can access to my old account they said "So you have a fake person who imitates that is you. So, all you need to do is report that person's account about abuse of your personal data." GEE THANKS I DIDNT THINK OF THIS MYSELF. I reread what i wrote and the main words sound like someones impersonating me but i explained it wasnt like that. Guess your AI couldnt catch that scammers.

I was told I would receive a minor charge for one-time help in setting up a printer. After a 15 minute call I received four charges to my credit card totaling $56.00. I then received a charge one month later for $55.00 and was told I had signed up for a monthly charge. When I called on the day of the charge customer service apologized and told me they would cancel and refund the $55.00. Instead they refunded $27.50. Be on the lookout and monitor your credit card charges if you do business with them.

I didn't know what Howly.com was,I know I had to pay $1 for something, I'm not sure what, but it said it would be refunded back. It then asked if I wanted to subscribe to it,and I promptly declined. Then I just happened to be looking at my bank account and saw that they had taken $55 from my account. I promptly called them and asked for a refund of my money. The representative asked for my email address, which I provided. I had NEVER used this service as the representative had seen and stated that fact to me. I again asked if my money would be refunded and he said "you'll receive an email",I received the email and I was only refunded half of my money. They got $55,but only gave me $27.50 back.This is some bad business if you ask me. They plainly saw that I hadn't used this service I stated this makes the second time,and I am tired of it. Howly.com has to do better about their refunding. I should have gotten 100% of my $55 NOT 50%. I am very disappointed with this and dissatisfied.

They somehow manage to obtain my credit card information via Disneyplus, and attempted to bill my credit card account without my knowledge and authorization? But, my credit card company declined the charges! Then notified me via text message to alert me of this unlawful transaction?

Just like over 40 other people here, I got SCAMMED by Howly. I was asked to pay $1 for their service and left my Credit Card info. And now they start billing me $55 monthly for a membership without my consent.
There's no way to cancel the membership; the procedure that they mention in their subscription policy is non existing. And in order to chat with them about these issues I need to log in, but I can't because I never received any log in details from them.
