I went in search for questions about my Disney account and was directed to howely.com spoke to rep that did not help with what I was looking for then got a charge for 74 dollars called to cancel and have yet to receive my refund even after the 3-5 day period and the company still keeps trying to charge my card at 5am local time but I had to blocked them from charging my card. When I messaged the rep regarding my issue they where very rude and insisted on the fact that they have not tried to charge me but once I sent the proof of my bank statement they stopped all contact horrible service do not recommend I believe this is a scam website! I was transferred to them by another call that said they could help me with an issue and told there would be a $1 fee and after that I could cancel their service. They couldn't help so I said ok. I tried to cancel. Got an email that said we got your cancelation and sorry to see you go. But later checked my bank account and they not only took the $1 out, they took an additional $46!

I "joined" for $2 (actually $61!) in a last ditch attempt to get help to get my Facebook account back. They did not help. When I went to try to login to membership (as they advise to be able to cancel), I logged in to an area that would only let me join again, this time for $1 and $76 a month to try to cancel the first subscription. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM. They did not help me at all and now I can't undo my association with them. I cancelled with Paypal and hope that will be enough, but my credit card expires soon, so that's the only other plus. Facebook ran me in circles and all this lot did was get me to do the same stuff, and the fact that I cannot easily end my subscription is the bitter end. NOT a LEGIT BUSINESS.

I was seriously disappointed with howly. I was left waiting repeatedly to be told there were "currently" no experts available to help with my questions. For 5 days I was told that. Waste of of $ and time. I can't imagine their responses are much better for $75 but thankfully I never found out despite that I was never sent a cancellation reminder.
