I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter on 11/24 and although I got a confirmation # and it said they would ship within 1 week which I thought was slow I still have not received them and it is 12/5, so I call them and she says they are getting ready to ship within 24 hours, and I was like WHAT? They haven't even shipped yet. I was so mad. This is a small operation trying to play in the big league of on-line retailing. If you want to take your chances then ok otherwise stay clear.
