My order was not delivered in more than 1 month and I did not get a response by mail and they did not answer calls, after 2 weeks trying to communicate with them I chose to cancel my order

I ordered a glue gun and glue sticks from HotMelt.com and the items were never shipped. After numerous attempts at calling and e-mailing them I had to make a claim with PayPal to have my money refunded. Buyer beware.

Bought a case of glue that was intended for cardboard. Had issues with the glue adhering and shrinking back off the craft cardboard. I used only 5 sticks from the case. Asked about possibly exchanging for new case or another glue but was told no that they could not sell it after I opened it. Tried to sell me more glue. Ignored my messages for resolution. Posted review on their FB and they deleted it. If I did have a bad batch I guess it's on me and I am SOL. Please stay away from this site. If you have an issue with your glue they won't do anything about it and the consumer is just supposed to eat it. Unbelievable.

I was purchasing a hot glue gun, once I decided on the make and model I searched for different purchasing options. I went to Hotmelt.com which is apparently run by Heigl.com. Even though the price was higher than other websites and the shipping costs were extremely high I went with it because it misrepresented what came with the product.
When I contacted customer service when I did not receive what I expected, the response was that it didn't say it came with the accessories, or that they could be purchased separately instead the response was a somewhat rude denial.
