Updated: They called my few days later after i posted my comments. They finally refunded total for 2 tickets: €565 (it took around 10 days for this refund process). I can say they take responsibility when they see your comments.
But definitely, if they could arrange better before the games that would be great. T
That can save a lot of problems.

I told hotfootball tickets specifically that I was purchasing tickets for my honeymoon and wanted to make it a very special occasion. They downgrade our tickets. Knowing that this event was special to us they did not even show the common courtesy of informing us before the tickets were sent that we were downgraded. The tickets seatons are far far away. I purchased Cat 1 Premium (€592 per ticket) 4 months before the game which should be belonged to lower area to the court, but they just sent me the roof seats. I am very angry, upset and frustrated. All they could say to me in response was that they will refund the money between 2 diff. Cat. But finally, they only return me total €76. What a BIG LIAR company. Please never buy any tickets from them.

After I ordered 7 tickets for barca vs. athletico about 3 mounth before the game I received several confirmations that the tickets are going to be sent to the hotel. We booked flight, hotel and everything. Than 5 days before the game we got an email that the supplier is not able to deliver and that we get our money back.
I tried to reach the service line. It is not possible to contact. I tried to call 10times and worte emails. No reaction. DONT BUY AT HOTFOOTBALLTICKETS.COM!

I was looking for tickets for Liverpool v West Brom game, as it was a birthday present for my boyfriend and plus it was hes dream to go to anfield stadium someday, so i was going all out by buying VIP Gold tickets all was going great paid for my tickets upfront. A week before the game i got a phone call from hotfootballtickets saying they got my tickets and i was to getting membership cards along with my tickets. Then two days before the game they downgraded my tickets, i was not happy so i rang them back giving out and all they could say was there was nothing they could do, he said i would get refund and hung up the phone on me. REFUND a joke of one, i paid alot of money for those tickets and in euros as-well, INSTEAD they took my money! DON'T EVER USE THIS WEBSITE, STAY AWAY!

I am giving hot football tickets no stars! It was coming up to Christmas and I said to myself I'm gonna buy my boyfriend and his brother tickets to go and see arsenal V hull. I was so so excited. I've never bought football tickets before. So I went into google and the first site I went on was "hot foot ball tickets " worst mistake I ever made was to buy tickets from this site! The ticket price came up and the cheapest price of tickets were around £110-£120! So I typed in 2 of them. Now there was a booking fee so altogether I actually ended up payin out £270! For two tickets. When my ticket came 3 days before the match I was absolutely SHOCKED BEYOND BELIEF that FIRSTLY I noticed on the ticket it said £35! THENNNNN it had the wrong date of the match I wanted. Have emailed the website I don't know how many times and I still haven't had a response. NEVER BUY TICKETS OFF THIS WEBSITE ITS A SCAM!

Dispute about the delivery of tickets: I asked to send the tickets to my home address, because I commute for the match.

Hotfootballtickets guarantees: (quote from their website)
Delivery on time: We guarantee fast delivery to your home or hotel, two - four days prior to the football match. Tickets will be sent by one of the leading top careers services.
That clearly includes home.

HFT Terms and Conditions do not mention a mandatory delivery at a hotel or UK address either.

These two contradictions made me check the HFT website. I first contacted the chatline, but did not get an answer to my question. I did, however, get a telephone number in the UK *******129. There was nobody there to answer my call and when I wanted to leave a message, I got the message that the answering service could not hold any more conversations.

This inability to get somebody on the phone prompted me to further check HFT company. I got across very interesting literature. One element that I checked is the exchange rate that HFT is applying. At least that warning was spot on. £680 converts into 763. But HFT is charging 857 for £680. This is about 100 above the official rate. I am willing to pay this, but I sure insist to have somebody on the line to arrange the delivery of the tickets. Since I intend to commute to Londen for the match, I want you to send the tickets to my home address.

After sending the above mail, I received a call from someone who did not know the guarantees, nor the T&C of HFT as published on the internet.

Problem not solved until now. No customer orientation, no conversation possible

Ordered a single ticket for the Arsenal/Ostersunds Europa League Feb. 22 game on Jan. 26 Having never been to the Emirates and with a decent chance that Arsenal would enter the 2nd leg with a comfortable lead (as was the case), I'd thought that getting a ticket wouldn't be too difficult. It was simple enough to order. But having received confirmation on the day of my order and being told that I'd receive my ticket 3 to 5 days before the game, to be delivered by courier service, I had a crazy time the day before and the day of the game trying to track down my ticket. No courier delivery, several phone calls seeing me either needing to leave a message or dealing with two rude and unhelpful "agents," and a general "we've got your money" attitude left me angry and frustrated. Just before Noon on the morning of the game I got word that my ticket would be emailed for "print-at-home," and that if I were challenged by staff at the game about my ticket I should tell them that "I got it from a friend." Say what...? The whole thing seemed like an absolute scam. I was relieved to get my ticket, even though it seemed significantly overpriced for a seat literally in the back row of the upper deck in the corner of the stadium, and while it was my first time using "HotFootballTickets," it will certainly be my last... I bought 2 tickets for el classico Barcelona vs Real Madrid for march 2015. I bought these tickets 4 months in advance. I had also booked flights and hotel as I was travelling from England just for this match. A week before the match I still hadn't got my tickets, so i emailed them and was told they would be delivered to my hotel the day before the game. Well... they weren't. Even on the match day I heard nothing and couldn't get through to their phone. No response from emails. An hour before kick off we decided to watch the game in a bar instead... not happy. During the game I got an email saying sorry but we our supplier let us down so we couldn't get the tickets and will refund you. That is unacceptable! I paid a lot of money to travel and stay in barcelona! And if they told me earlier I would have bought from elsewhere!
I heard from another person that this is what they do! As I bought my tickets from the website hotfootballtickets.com for around £300 each, closer to the match i saw the same tickets in the same seating area on the same site at around £600 each... they obviously resold mine to someone at a higher price!
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS... SO UNRELIABLE!

My name is Müller I bought tickets for the World Cup in Brazil for Germany v USA at the beginning I was nervous if the tickets will arrive in time,
But after a conversation with Klare from customer service all my feelings change, I get the tickets in time klara was with me all the way, I'm sure I will come back buying from you guys
The views inside the stadium was great and the most important is that Germany win.

I paid for two tickets for the Arsenal/Liverpool match on the 1st of Sept. The match took place on the 2nd of November. I was charged 2.6 times the original price and paid Euros 777 for two tickets! I booked the game from Dubai and gave a London address for delivery. We were supposed to receive the tickets 3/4 days before the game. The tickets never arrived.

We rang them incessantly a few days before the game, recorded messages, could not speak to anybody. Sent numerous emails to all their listed URLs. No response. Finally managed to get through two days before the game. Gota promise from the CSR that delivery will be made a day before the game. Waited all day Friday for the tickets to arrive. They never did. Rang them numerous times and finally got through, and was told that their supplier did not come through.

They "borrow" membership cards for you and request you to tell anybody who asks that you have been lent the card by friends. Surely this is illegal.

I have been promised that my money will be returned. I am holding my breath.

Do not trust these people. They have no physical presence anywhere other than Andorra. You have been warned!
