I purchased two tickets for a Premier League match back in May. The tickets were never delivered to the hotel address I provided. I've been waiting since then ( over a month now) to get my money back and after hundreds of calls and emails, all they keep saying is that account department is dealing with it but nothing has been done! Worst service ever!
I absolutely not recommend this ticket portal! Avoid it if possible. They are stolen my money!
I am writing to you in order to make a complaint because of not refunding me the
Money for the Tottenham Hotspur- Everton football game which was played without an audience on 4th July, 2020.
The 30 working days are over, and though I was promised by you twice that I would get the refund, it has not been transferred yet. I was told that the information and my details have been sent to the appropriate bank who is supposed to send me the money.
I hope the issue will be resolved soon or I need for taking legal actions.

Ticket delivery was extremely tedious.
5 tickets received in 4 different sectors!
2 tickets were invalid and we could not go to the stadium!
Even after repeated complaints no apology or price refund received.
Do not buy tickets at https://hotfootballtickets.com because:
- Do not refund if you want to cancel
- Offer credit but you can only 25% for other purchases,, meaning that you must give them more money
- terrible & rude customer service
- not sure you receive the tickets you have bought
Cant believe this company is still allowed to sell tickets for events - they are rude ignorant and take your money without a care in the world - no English speaking to help at all - said I'd get a refund for a game that was cancelled due to covid then played behind closed doors! Fobbed off that their bank is at the back of the list for refunds (haha) never heard anything as stupid if a refunds been processed it goes in end of! Honestly avoid!
I paid two premium platinum tickets, seating together for Ghampion league final2019. I got tickets from category 3, separate seats. Delivery was at last moment. The are cheating people, steal money. Don't buy tickets there!
Avoid Avoid Avoid, this website is a scam. I bought 2 tickets in November, i got a call from a representative on the same day, he decided to cancel my tickets £244 and still waiting for a refund after 2 months. This is a joke website with the idea of scamming people.
On 8th May I purchased 2 tickets in good faith from Hotfootballtickets.com to the Champions League final. I paid just over £7,300 and on many occasions this company confirmed the tickets would be delivered to me in the UK, as it got closer to the match they changed their story and said I would have to collect the tickets in Madrid. Just before midnight on Thursday, 30th May (less than 48 hours before the match and 3 weeks after the tickets were fully paid for), they emailed me to say they would not be providing the tickets. Together with the cost of the tickets I am £10,000 out of pocket as I have lost the cost of flights and hotel accommodation.
This company is a total disgrace and should be avoided.

Please do not use this website. Flew to Liverpool after buying Anfield tickets. Promised delivery Friday. Didn't happen. Promised a meet Saturday. Offered refund 10 minutes AFTER game had started. Awful, terrible service and heart breaking for my 11 year old son on a trip of a lifetime. Disgusted
Hard to tell at this point. This company adds additional fees for each ticket purchased, and forced us to pay an overnight fee for our tickets; whereas, tickets would have arrived (via snail mail in 4 weeks) or 2 days before event date.

We have used this site twice so far and have been more than pleased with the efficiency of the service. We will certainly continue to use this when booking all our match tickets. Seat were great both times.
I bought tickets from this website on 22/7/17 for the Porto game on 6/5/18. On the 2/5/18 I received an email on their website to say my tickets were cancelled and I would receive an full refund within 30 days. It is now 37 days and refund has been received even though they took this money over 10 months ago, I have emailed different departments 3 times since last Monday and no reply from them. My credit card company is now pursuing this under section 75.
I have a friend visiting from another country and I thought it would be great to take him and my 9 year old son to a Chelsea game. First they sent only 2 tickets and then the third arrived on the morning of the game but was in a different section. So disappointed. And forget trying to contact them the mail box for the so called emergency number is full!
Avoid these scammer. I wrote a post before about this site and now can confirm they are fraudsters. The envelope delivered to my hotel included two old and cancelled membership cards- no tickets. I will post a review everyday to prevent these fake reviews from masking the truth and ripping people off.
Paid 347 euros for 2 liverpool v crystal tickets and the tickets never turned up, explain that to a 9 year old boy going to his first game all the way from ireland, wasted over 1000 euros on flights hotel and imaginary tickets.

I have purchased 3 tickets for Argentina vs Iceland match on 13th March 2018.
On 15th June, one day before the match, the delivery department cancelled the order and informed over mail that full refund will be made to me within 30 working days.
I have mailed 6 times in between, the latest being today with refund request, but no refund has been made. I have called multiple times to the Delivery Department, without any assurance.
I have lost trust and this is an appeal to help me get my hard earned money back.
Bought 2 tickets for Liverpool v West Ham 24/2/18. Tickets were not delivered on time. At last minute they said they would deliver to our hotel in Liverpool the day before. Then we were told to pick tickets up from a pub next to football ground 12 noon before match. Luckily the tickets were there. But not £300 tickets I bought for Central longside between penalty boxes. We had tickets for the top corner as far up as you can go! I feel completely conned! Can't get any response now! Don't trust this site.
