Purchased tickets to Liverpool vs Newcastle in February to see the mighty reds play which my partner bought me as my birthday present! As I was in the departure lounge at Melbourne airport ready to depart for the UK received a call from hotfootballtickets to advise they hadn't been provided with the tickets so we're unable to provide them to me. They offered me tickets to another premier league match which was pointless as was probably to a terrible match no one wanted to see & I already had accommodation booked in Liverpool and my whole trip was based around seeing Liverpool play & potentially win the title for the first time since 1990! I suspect the tickets are being resold at an even greater inflated price I paid for them!

Will never go anywhere near hotfootball tickets again!

Purchased tickets for a United game but then Covid hit... still waiting for my refund... countless emails and calls, never get a reply and when I call been told I would get a call back and not once received a call...

I love football, I grew up on it... Therefore, when I wanted to purchase some tickets for the FA cup while I was visiting UK, I decided to check the market for tickets.
I saw the website, and the prices were good, so I decided to buy online. Unfortunately, there was a temporary technical problems when making purchases online, so I called the called center to purchase on the phone.
Even though they could not guarantee me the section I wanted and I was prepared to seat in the section I did not want, I received what I hoped for...
The tickets were delivered to me apartment in UK with a courier on time, everything fell into place. Even though I had my doubt when buying things online... I was prepared to be disappointing, but I sure wasn't...
It was a great experience seating with the fans, the atmosphere was thrilling.

We were planning our trip to Barcelona and wanted to watch live the FC Barcelona legendary team. Much to our disappointment we couldn't find tickets at reasonable prices and most popular games are sold out anyway. Then we came across HotFootballTickets.com which is a great website, very easy to navigate and find what you want as all they do is reselling football tickets. At first sight I thought it's too good to be true but pleasant surprises do exist in life:-) when we arrived to our Hotel not far from la Ramblas in Barcelona the tickets were waiting for us. At camp nou stadium the home of Barça you can feel the excitement and the electric atmosphere in the air. We were very happy with the service we got from HotFootballTickets.com.

I booked 2 tickets for the Liverpool v West Ham game on 24/2/18. Tickets never arrived. I had to contact Hotfootballtickets by email to be told that ticket would be at Twelth Man Pub outside the ground by midday of the match. I went to the pub and made phone contact to be told that tickets would be with me within 15 minutes. I continued to wait until immediately before kick off, still no tickets but a promise that the tickets were on their way. Still no tickets, by 3:25,25 minutes after kick off agent admitted that there were no tickets available. I am still waiting to hear from agent about a refund. At present I am £304 out of pocket + cost of the train fares to Liverpool. I will never use this website again.

We live in the South of France. My son and his friend went to Barcelona yesterday (4 hours to go).
They were at Barcelona at 1.00pm. They have waited the whole day to have news from you to get their tickets. They stayed hours in front of the stadium but couldnt go into of course without tickets!
We payed for that 308 euros (youve the proof below and the receipt).
They had to come back home after 12 hours in Barcelona for nothing! Despaired and so sad!
These tickets were for his birthday: 20 years old. How do you explain this situation?

I bought a ticket for the stadium, just to discover that the ticket it wasn't a valid ticket as advertised. I had to buy a ticket at the stadium to get in and assist to Arsenal Man City, apart from the money spent on this fake website. The customer support is a joke, after more than 3 months I'm still waiting for a refund and they don't reply at all to emails and phone calls. Stay away from this website, they maybe send some real ticket sometimes to get a positive review, but they just take money from the others for nothing. Embarrassing.

They tell you that your tickets can arrive up to one day or even the same day of the event. When I call about further info, they tell you: relax, you will get the tickets, guaranteed. But less than 24 hs before the event, I get an email saying the provider failed to provide the ticket... and that they will return my money in 30 days! That´s no good, I traveled all the way to Russia for the World cup and in less than 24 hours there was no other way to get another ticket. I did not want my money back, I wanted the ticket. If they have a problem with the provider, they should tell you waay before. And the help desk is very rude when you call to say you are worried about the ticket not arriving. It´s too risky to use this system... If you want to be sure to get the ticket use viagogo or studhub.

TOTAL SCAM. We purchased 2 tickets for Liverpool vs Swansea, Liverpool side. We were in constant contact as tickets did not arrive. Each time they gave us a new delivery time. 20 minutes BEFORE the game began, a man phoned and had us meet him in an "alley" type area to give us the tickets. They were obviously "scalped" tickets. We paid 500 BP for tickets marked 45 AND part of the tabs had been removed AND the ticket was marked JUNIOR meaning it was meant for someone under 16. Seated on the Swansea side so had to remove all my Liverpool Fan gear per his instructions. We flew in from 2 different countries for this event and Hotfootballtickets ruined what should have been a once in a lifetime special occasion. Their business should be considered criminal in negligence and unethical business practices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had booked tickets from hot football tickets for my husbands birthday. It was for the man city v west ham game. I do not live in england, so had arranged flights and accomodation. I have only now been told, two days before i am due to leave that the money has been refuinded to me and i will not receive the tickets. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, IT IS A SCAM! What am i supposed to do now? Hundreds of pounds wasted, and a very unhappy husband.

Disgusted with the service avoid at all costs. I booked two £350 tickets for a major premier league game so that I could take a very important client to the Match. We paid up front two months in advance. Two days before the game I had heard nothing, when i spoke to them on the phone I was told sorry we didnt get them for you. I explained the importance of these tickets and there only suggestion was go to another game instead. If I hadnt of called them they wouldnt have even bothered to let me know. The final insult was them saying sorry its not our fault its our suppliers fault, we cant help you anymore have a good day and putting the phone down on me, absolutely disgusting service, im sharing this so that others do not suffer the same experince as I did.
