I have tried three time to cancel booking... no response to emails. International calls
I DID NOT REALIZE THE DIFFICULTY OF CANCELLING...
We were able to get a room on the spot when we had our dates mixed ul.
All good so far. Communication with hotel was good when I explained expected arrival times.
Bought it from US for my grandchildren in Canada. It was very easy and quick.
So far so good what else can I say. Plain and simple is my motto
