This was a nightmare. I suppose I knew at some point that the Reseller Account I have had for a least 12 years was a program that was going away, but I wasn't any warning. All I got was a notice that the cost was going up in February and to log in to see what the new rate was. I knew my auto payment method was still valid, so I didn't look right away. 2 months later, with not a single other notification, the account was simply deleted. To get it migrated to a new account required extensive back and forth between different groups to get the information to the migration group. No one internally at hostgator professional services would get the information from the Host Gator regular support team, so, after many, many sleepless nights and phone calls, I figured out what was required and who talked someone into giving it to me so that I could pass the information over to the other support team at HostGator.

Customer service is very good. Prompt and representatives seem to work hard to fix your problem.
Hostgator is usually very helpful and resolves issues in a jiffy. But with my whitescreen of death it took a bit long. In the end I just ignored it and forgot about the site. Thanks for fixing it...

HostGator is a good platform for hosting though we have not used the platform as should be used because our products are still in preparation. We have used it appropriately in the past before shutting down the previous website and there were no issues

Too much back and forth and tickets constantly being closed before this issue was done, which made it harder and more time-consuming to communicate.
We were told the email issue would be fixed in 2-4 hours. We still do not have access to those two emails after almost 24 hours
