We've had some of the worst technical support experiences ever, the Host Gator people do not have direct access to the tools they have on site, the web site builder does not work with e-commerce, horrible experience costing us money for customers unable to buy from the site and being charged for the e-commerce package even though it does not work, do not recommend this to any small business owners

Since 5 years I tried to start my own website, I searched many hosting companies, tried some and failed to continue, till my fried referred me to HostGator, I purchased a plan, start my website, in fact it is the best hosting company, wondaful services, excellent support services, despite I have no sufficient experience in website, but, through the support team my experience so much developed, Thanks a lot to HostGator

It's a 4 to 5 star reallt but I am rating your service with just a 3 star because of the monthly plan charge. It is too expensive in comparison with your own current monthly fees and competition.

My experience with HostGator has been great. I don't know the last service that has been so hands-off. Service has been so smooth it is hard to imagine. If I have had to contact Customer Support, it was handled professionally and completely.
