I thought this would be smooth sailing, BUT I was wrong. Transferring and migrating my websites started on September 20,2022, and till now it has not been done. That is what one see when they attempt to go to my website. Initially it was Asian characters that would show up, indicating that it had malware on it, then nothing. Now this. It is has been down for 2 months! Despite virtually daily calls into tech support. It went down August 30; I made over 60 calls, given much assurance that this would be taken care of, even "escalated"... nothing. It went up ONE DAY, October 26, and then down again October 27, not even 24 hours. No explanation. Promises that it has been escalated. You cannot get past the 1st tier of support, no supervisors, no one that knows what they are doing. Conflicting information from reps. Some saying I have SiteLock others saying |I have never had SiteLock, and others saying there is noting in the notes, although I have made over 60 calls. Some were only a minute because their site was down. Others over an hour on hold. Who has time for this? But it is my storefront. They are always courteous. But NO action. IT IS MY STOREFRONT. I have no idea how much money that I have lost because people cannot find me, how much damage it has done to my reputation, they can't find me. At times it says it is not secure, at times it is a completely blank page, and at time you get the message above. What am I to do?

DO NOT... I repeat DO NOT use this hosting site. Its like pulling teeth and eyelashes when trying to get assistance from customer service. I'm on day 3 trying to get help with an error and I've been talking with customer service LITERALLY ALL DAY and still nothing resolved. I'm so pissed I put so much money in this hosting site.

She trouble shot a problem in one hour and eleven minutes which was hard to find causing the landing page to give a 404 error message. I have the sites and non of them reached the storage limit, but combined total was a 100% capacity. The remedy a dedicated server for $499 for the first year and $899 there after a bargain compared with the other hosting serves

I received a "critical error" notice and couldn't access my site at all today. I called and spoke to Paul in the Phillipines. (we were blessed with a good connection!) His English was excellent. He spoke at a pace that was easy to understand and he was so polite, kind and thoughtful! As I suspected, the problem was complicated so it took him awhile to resolve the issue, but he kept checking in with me to let me know what was going on to ask me to continue holding. When Paul explained all that he had done, I can tell you that he went above and beyond to resolve my problem. My site came right up perfectly with NO glitches. I am so grateful for Paul's help, and the fact that he handled everything in 1 call! Thank you, Paul! Thank you, Hostgator for wisely hiring Paul! (I hope you give him a big raise!)

I had some website issues on my Wordpress website and i thought was due to php not updated to latest version.
