After a couple of inquiries and unfulfilled call backs, finally Nikshep was able to provide the support I desired. He's a star! Two of my sites were compromised (critical site errors), and everybody else told me it was malware (?) which wasn't true. So Nikshep managed to repair both sites without even disabling the plugins. Well done! I hope this review gets to his manager, I only have the best experience with him, please consider to promote Nikshep further.

Jericho was such a nice guy who knew how to solve the issues I was facing so far with multiple sites. He fixed every one of those in a few minutes. I usually Hostgator's support is good but damn this item, it was awesome. When you're facing an issue, having expert support is like a really solid helping hand that supports you in all hurdles.

Early I left an online review that was not positive for another online rep and it was perhaps too hasty. That rep offered me the CodeGuard which is what I needed (and later purchased with Cris's help), but I did not understand what the product was and grew impatient. I apologize and feel my low rating was unfair. That rep knew exactly what i need, only again, I didn't understand the name.
