Had to verify my google merchant account on my website pennywisebuy.com. Tried and failed including an HTML tag to the header of my homepage. Got an error message and was asked to use STFP. On January 6, after the regular agent could not help me, I was given a ticket (case #*******) to fix a CodeGuard database issue. I received a reply on January 15 saying the problem was VAGUE. I replied that it wasn't VAGUE and re-explained the issue. A new agent reply saying she understood. Thinking it had been taken care of, it was not until today that I went back in to see that NOTHING had been fixed.
I called your Technical support department again was very fortunate to be connected to Dexter Y. I explained the previous calls and the issue. He put me on hold and within 1 minute, he had fixed the problem! The database was reconnected to the correct domain and was in the process of updating.

My website had been down for over 24 hours. I communicated with at least 4 different customer service persons in your organization. They all let me down. They were either uninformative, or evading questions i had, because they did not know the answer. However, once I reached Mayre, i explained to her my problem and mentioned my anxiousness is not directed toward her personally. She not only understood, but she took it upon herself to communicate with technicians who could give her answers while i held on the line. She was patient and not frustrated or intimidated at all. Once she had the choices in front of her, she gave me the options. We discussed for a moment, I approved one, and she handled the fix by herself. She turned out to be great. Just what i needed. This person is a perfect example of proper customer service. She should be a manager, and if she isnt yet, you should make her one. Let the others learn from her. It is my honest pleasure to take the time to give her credit. She deserves it.

I can honestly say my experience of dealing with HOSTGATOR has been a truly good one. Whenever I had a problem, it was resolved immediately and with professionalism. The only complaint that I have is that the price keeps going up. Other than that, it is a great hosting service.
