Until now I have had a good hosting service. The system works properly well and haven't encountered any server problems since I bought the packages.

I am dyslexic and hosting can be a nightmare if the service provider only has a few services in a user account, fortunately, everything I need is accessible from one account, easy to find, and easy to use, if my dyslexia is misguiding me and I cannot find something then I have found their chat/help to be very quick, no fuss and problems are solved quickly by a polite support team. They make my life so much easier that's for sure.
I've been using Hostgator for over three years to host a Wordpress site on a VPS. When my initial 3 year agreement came to an end, I continued with them because of the consistent, quick and helpful customer chat support.
Since I sell products on my site, I need to keep it PCI compliant, and whenever issues have arisen, Hostgator has been quick and thorough to resolve and PCI issues. And I have no problem maintaining perfect 100 scores LightHouse scores thanks to Hostgator and WP-Rocket and WP-Rocket's CDN.
Customer support is extremely difficult to work with. You have to wait a long time and then the operator does not necessarily have the expertise to answer your question or solve your problem.
