I ordered an item almost a year ago and still have received nothing. I get an email that tells me the product still isn't in stock. I spent 72.49 dollars and asked them for a refund. The response I get is they will refund me in the order my order was received. What the hell does that even mean. Still waiting for my refund and feel like I've been scammed. Stay away from this site unless you want to be scammed too.
I sent 5 emails and I followed the help desk form to cancel my subscription as instructed by the site suggested. I don't know why nobody has gotten back to me after weeks. Customer service is not very responsive and pretty much make it a hassle to cancel a subscription. I suggest you have a cancel subscription button for us customers to do it ourselves then wait till someone gets back to us. Now I'm probably going to be charged again for a month subscription I do not want. Sad…

I paid a hefty amount for preorder items in May 2023. These items were not fulfilled. Per the company's 180-day policy, I received an email in November stating that I'd receive a refund. Two months later, no refund and no responses to my emails. I will be registering more complaints about this company until they refund my money. In the meantime, save your money and get your horror fix elsewhere.
As we previously stated that you would be refunded - filing a chargeback overrides the refund as you have already been refunded.
Posting other complaints etc, will not reverse this as you have already been refunded via your chargeback and you can not be refunded twice.
Placed order on 8/19. Received 4 of the items. The 5 items that were pre-order were supposedly "fulfilled" on 12/12 yet I never received them. Glancing their FAQ, I'm told to take it up with the USPS who of course didn't know what happened to my package. I'm almost definitely never getting those items. So, I got half of a $240 order...4 months ago. USPS and horrormerch are apparently off the hook for the remaining items and my money.
Not a bloody chance I'll ever order anything from them again.

It's disappointing when you place an order with a company expecting to receive it and not receiving it. I had placed an order on January 26th for two items the lost boys David figure and a lost boys long sleeve mens shirt. I have received the figure within a matter of days but my frustration lies with the made to order long sleeve shirt it has been pending on preparing item to ship for too long it is February 26th it is exactly 22 days pass the time frame for shipment. Anytime I try to reach out and request a refund or at least try to get some insight on my order all I receive is an automated email it is so frosting to not be able to talk to an actual person. I will definitely not be buying from them again.

The items on this website for starters take a long time to ship. For clothes it is around two and a half weeks before you may have your items shipped to you. This isn't necessarily a problem except when your order goes missing. I have ordered six shirts from the website over the span of a month and a half and have only received one. Four of the shirts I ordered were shipped together as they were part of the same purchase and they made it to my post code before the package was forwarded twice and then magically returned to sender without any chance for me to intercept it or anything. I have been contacting the help desk for over a week now to see about reshipping or anything else and they have been of very limited help as they responded to a few of my inquiries for a day and have not at all since then. Terrible service do not buy from here is seeming to be a scam. Regret spending any money on this

I ordered some items back in October of 2022 which were on preorder. The preorder dates kept being pushed back until I checked again and it said my order was fulfilled back in April of 2023. I never received a shipping notice or tracking notice at all and everytime I clicked on the track package it would refresh the page instead of giving me the tracking information.
It is not September 2023 and I have yet to hear back from horrormerch about anything. They say they will contact you in a few days but the first time I send a request for customer service is about to hit 3 weeks.
Do not order from them. I saw that they had good reviews but now I believe their reviews are faked and now I lost about $100+ from a company that probably will not contact me.

This company is very unprofessional. I purchased items back in May 2022 I reach out September 2022 inquiring about the status they responded saying they were waiting on their supplier. Fast forward to January 2023 I reached out again wondering what is going on since they only mailed 1 out of 4 items and they are refusing to ship my preordered items because according to them they sent me an email 2 months ago asking if I wanted to wait or get a gift card because their supplier did not come through. For one in my opinion that is bad practice I should be able to get a refund if the fault is on their side not mine. For two they're offering me a gift card for less than what I paid. And the real kicker is the items are in stock of the site but they won't ship it to me. I reported them to the BBB and now they are trying claim they shipped all items when they only shipped one. Which they already admitted to when I was emailing customer service.

Do not buy from them! Their products are overpriced. They claim the product is imported and takes a long time to ship and yet I got the same product from Amazon in two days while the product from this site sat in limbo. When I tried to contact them they ignored me until I threatened a dispute. They shut me down and blatantly told me they would no longer answer my emails because of my threat. My tracking never updated even after I received a package and the product I received was not at all what I ordered. (I ordered a Beetlejuice TUBBZ rubber duck and received a random Funko bobble head from Eternals. I can't even fix this, now. Absolute scammers!

Preordered some Candyman Funko Pops which were all set to release at the same time. My order never shipped and they kept pushing the release date back 1 month despite the pops actually being released on other sites. I had to reach out multiple times for updates and received rude comments or emails back. Finally asked for a refund and got the rudest emal back basically stating they canceled my order and the only way for me to get a refund was through my bank. They have no intention to fulfil orders or give refunds. It sucks since these were supposed to be Christmas presents and now I have to go through a major hassle to get my money back. I should have looked at their customer reviews before ordering as they are all 2 stars or below. Never using them again and am skeptical they are even a legit business.

Site is a joke. I made the giant mistake of ordering the mega box last year and it looked likestuff they got off the clearance rack at spirit Halloween. Some face paint, a banner, a shirt, some smalls I don't even remember cause I gave to my friends kids. The thing that really pisses me off was the mask. They sent me trash from "return of the living dead" first off it looks literally nothing like her also no one besides fans of the movie wouldnt even recognize. I'm a fan of the movie, this guy right here, and I didn't even know who I was looking at. I ended up taking everything besides the shirt to a local collectable toy store and ended up walking out with 20$ 🤣. He didn't even want half of what I was trying to sell him I just told

Commenting 8 months later on a Return of the Dead themed (and officially licensed) mystery box - which is a mystery box, so what inside is an actual mystery and a roll of the dice that you might like or not - doesn't really count as a review more than a personal preference... if you don't want to take the chance on a mystery box, we recommend purchasing more of what you would directly like instead to not be disappointed.
Also if you received an incorrect size shirt (as you ordered a medium) also waiting 8 months to tell us it was incorrectly sent, more so posting here, will not give us a chance to correct it for you
I Preordered an item in May that was to be released in October. They sent an email stating that this item is to be cancelled a few days ago and they would issue a refund. Today, they issued a partial refund... for an item I was never sent. They are IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. The worst part is they only accept credit cards which only have a 90 day chargeback policy through every bank, (where I can dispute the charge). So, I don't get my item AND I have to pay for the privilege. The excuse they use is that it's listed in their TOS... who reads a TOS before purchasing an item?! You got my money now. I just hope this review saves just one person from buying anything from you asshats.
