Like so many others on here, I purchased three items; two of them were pre-orders that they said would be ready in October 2023. October came and went and the pre-ordered items never arrived. I eventually received one of the three items, but the other two haven't shipped. I'm out $50, and it's been eight months. There's no real contact information on their website, and if you fill out the contact form, you get an automatic reply telling you to go to the product page for information. There is no way to check your order status and no way to get help. There's no Facebook account, and comments have been turned off on their Instagram account. Likely from so many people complaining about how bad they are. There's no way to warn people about this company. Now they're saying they can't reply to customers on here because of "customer privacy."
I will take every opportunity to spread the word about how this company will rip you off.

It's disappointing when you place an order with a company expecting to receive it and not receiving it. I had placed an order on January 26th for two items the lost boys David figure and a lost boys long sleeve mens shirt. I have received the figure within a matter of days but my frustration lies with the made to order long sleeve shirt it has been pending on preparing item to ship for too long it is February 26th it is exactly 22 days pass the time frame for shipment. Anytime I try to reach out and request a refund or at least try to get some insight on my order all I receive is an automated email it is so frosting to not be able to talk to an actual person. I will definitely not be buying from them again.

I wish I could leave zero stars. My mom ordered a shirt from this site on December 13th so it's been over two months at this point and she has received nothing. No shipping info, no item, nothing. And the "customer service" is garbage. You can't actually email or reach out to anyone. It has you put in your email and order number and then sends you automated garbage basically saying "it's coming I guess I don't really know". It's insanely unhelpful and frustrating. Did some digging and found out they have comments and messages turned off on Facebook and Instagram because they're scamming so many people they were getting messages they didn't want to deal with. Save your money and shop at terror threads or cavity colors. If my mom never receives this package I will be beyond mad.

I ordered over $250 worth of sweaters and shirts for my kids and only received 2 shirts and was marked as delivered I don't know what's going on with this company but I just want my money back if they're not good on rendering services.

Site is a joke. I made the giant mistake of ordering the mega box last year and it looked likestuff they got off the clearance rack at spirit Halloween. Some face paint, a banner, a shirt, some smalls I don't even remember cause I gave to my friends kids. The thing that really pisses me off was the mask. They sent me trash from "return of the living dead" first off it looks literally nothing like her also no one besides fans of the movie wouldnt even recognize. I'm a fan of the movie, this guy right here, and I didn't even know who I was looking at. I ended up taking everything besides the shirt to a local collectable toy store and ended up walking out with 20$ 🤣. He didn't even want half of what I was trying to sell him I just told

So why am I just not writing about this and why am I not messaging website itself because I read reviews and their customer service is awful what's the point of even trying to fight with them for a refund they got their money they're done with me I just know to never order from them again. There are smaller companies out there that actually are horror fans that put time into what they put out.
Commenting 8 months later on a Return of the Dead themed (and officially licensed) mystery box - which is a mystery box, so what inside is an actual mystery and a roll of the dice that you might like or not - doesn't really count as a review more than a personal preference... if you don't want to take the chance on a mystery box, we recommend purchasing more of what you would directly like instead to not be disappointed.
Also if you received an incorrect size shirt (as you ordered a medium) also waiting 8 months to tell us it was incorrectly sent, more so posting here, will not give us a chance to correct it for you

Placed an order for three items last july. Customer service is abysmal with no way to contact directly. Refund promised mid december on one of the items though they wouldn't say which one… still not received. Looking at order staus online it shows all three items fulfilled. This has got to be a scam!
