Fantastic tool to independently show buyers and sellers estimated house values. Really like the mapping function with Ariel photo. I was able to find the corners of a 56 acre parcel using this function. I has within 5 feet of the corner marker. The free leads are also tremendous.

The simplicity of the app allows you to retrieve info and produce reports and comps for clients as well as compile it into a organized and user friendly order for both clients and co-workers. Love it.

I show this app at every Home Inspector and EPA LEAD class I teach. It gives us all the information we need and shows us other leads to pursue. It's a valuable tool to have!!! Thanks!

It's a very neat App it does have a few kinks to work out but it's fun to use. It would be great if we could add more pictures and link to social media.
