Loving this app! I don't use it for getting estimated values since I'm a realtor and use different tools for that. However, I love it when I'm out with clients on showings and we pass a house with a for sale sign and we can just quickly snap a photo of the home to get the listing info. Works great and I can easily get the contact info of the listing agent to make an appointment. Also, while we are in the neighborhood, we can easily see what similar homes have sold for while we are right there in front of the house. A great tool!

I've used this for a couple of years to track housing values in my neighborhood. It's a lot simpler than looking up numbers on Zillow or the county tax appraiser's office.

I don't know who likes this more , my clients or me! I'm able to see what properties they like and the areas and they get the satisfaction of getting the home info on the spot. Also nice when out and about with clients for the same reason. The instructional videos are very helpful.
It's the best app out there, bar none! And the clients absolutely love the instantaneous home data you can give them, right there on the spot. This is a must-have app for all realtors.

Use this app to get home values and info about any home on the market. Just snap a picture and all the info you need is at your fingertips - why hadn't I heard of this before, it would have saved me sooo much time.
