Love the ability to see property lines overlaid on a map. Can literally walk the property line and see the little blue dot where you are standing.

This app is so helpful when looking for a house! Even at night if your driving through a neighborhood and see a for sale sign, just put it on "stealth mode" & all public info pops up in seconds. What a time saver!

If you are a real estate agent or a broker, and you don't have this app, you're out. I like snapping houses wherever I can and get the info instantly. I can also invite clients and get the school attendance zones quickly. Love it.

So many cool features like school ratings. Data seems more up to date as well.
