It's a really cool app! My husband and I are in the early stages of home shopping and this app is so cool! We drove around and found the neighborhoods we like "snap" a home that has a "for sale" sign on it to see if it's in our $$ range, then it gives you other info about the home! Also other homes in the area! It was much quicker than having to quick search the realtor sight and find the address in their database. Love this app and we will use it to find our future home!
I am enjoying this new app. It helps me get a quick idea about the neighborhoods I am working in and potential prices. It's quick and easy.

As a professional realtor, I have found this app to be a great resource. It is simple to use and is loaded with great information. It has been a lifesaver on several occasions when out with buyers. It's also great to show sellers what's selling in their area. I would highly recommend this app if you are interested in real estate.
There are a lot of different homes searching apps out there. I've tried many of them but all of them seem to have one issue or another that make them impractical. Homesnap makes home searching extremely simple, While still providing enormous amounts of information. Unlike other apps this app has correct information which makes your searching more accurate.
This app is a lot of fun for potential homebuyers. I do like that it has some listings not seen on other apps and overall has a good user interface and lots of information (read:more than other apps) on each house. My favorite feature is the ease of contacting my real estate agent within the app, instead of emailing her separately about it.
The home snap thing is cute and fun (and maybe a little bit scary when you think about it?) but surprisingly not my favorite feature. Overall great quality for a free app!
