I had an different Home protection Plan before, I didn't have a choice on who came and fix my products. Plus what they fixed gave me more trouble in the wrong run
Send a rep repair co to evaluate the problem that is not quilifird. Then would not repair and the quite was more than thefreg is weorth /the freg is still working and has not been repaired. And it cost me $65 to have it checked out. So i am not happy with my first call to have some repair done.

Didn't pay my claim. I paid all my monthly payments but when I put a claim in they would not pay.

All went well with Webster Plumbing employees unblocking our sewer. I did not know until Monday morning that one of our dogs got out of our yard. My son was in the front yard and noticed her across the street.on Sunday. One time when the plumber came into the backyard did not pull the fencing back in toward the yard - instead he left it facing out of the yard and this little girl knows how to find an opening.

So far so good. It's not expensive,any problems within my house, they will fix it. Had no problem with them which is good. None of my Electric Items haven't broken down yet. But they're ready to help right away. Good Coverage to have. It'll cost you more if you don't have this coverage. Saves you lots of money.

Did not honor contract. Gave me the runaround for 2 weeks and did not repair air conditioning unit and it was in the 100"s during that period of time.

I find it hard to actually find repair companies that accept HomeSafe. And the wait time to get anything fixed. The list they gave me has not been updated. The company that came to repair my dishwasher could have replaced it for the cost of repair.

They wanted me to get someone to come look at it and then email them back with the information after that they would tell them yes or no. Where I live it's not a lot of choices for service work. The people who do the work are not interested in sending emails and doing a lot of paperwork. Several people absolutely refused to do it, saying that they were not interested in doing the emails and waiting for permission. I finally got a service rep who knew the problem and when he came brought the part and replaced it. I had to wait for about a month before I could get him. Again he said that he was not going to send emails either. I'm not pleased with this company.

Coverage when I found a water pipe in the kitchen wall was leaking. A plumber was notified and on the scene within 3 hours.

I have had home warranties on my homes before and will stick with the company that has not restrictions like this one. My current home was built in 2011. The Hot water heater was manufactured in May of 2011 the home was purchased on July 27,2011. The Hot water heater failed on on July 21,2023 which falls into 12 years of the home being occupied but not within the manufacture date of the Hot water heater. Most people don't know when there equipment is manufactured but that is what Home Safe goes by. No one was using the hot water heater until the home is purchased. I was grateful that I was at the end of first year of payment that I could cancel my contract and I did immediately.
