Had to have heat pump replaced as it was not repairable. Not a cent covered!
My claim for my unrepairable refrigerator was denied. The repairman said that it would cost as much or more to repair it as to replace it.
He did not send pictures of it, but I was not notified that pictures were wanted until after the refrigerator had been removed from my home.

Nth without repair being done

Customer service recommended a company to come do the repair work, well 4 people came to my house and did not do anything just look around and tell me how new and nice all my Appliances look and charged me $215.00 and I am still waiting for my money back from homesafe. And I am also waiting for money back for a $315.00 that I paid for repair on my refrigerator so I am still waiting for $465.00 from homesafe.

Haven't used it yet Will fill out a survey after this is used for the first time. Probably will make an appointment in the near future as the handle for my refrigerator freezer fell off.

The process has too many steps. It takes too long to get the needed services. Also it would help to have one person assigned to each claim, but i have spoken to about 10 different people so far.

Air conditioner went waited all summer but received no satisfaction from home safe had to make repairs with my on money still waiting for a check for partial payment been waiting for three months the keep saying that the check is in the Mai but it never showed up they were ask to provide a tracking number for a check that we're supposed to have shipped twice the could not provide any evidence of item ever being put in the mail we're two 70 year old people with no air practically all summer

The customer service reps are all courteous, and they actually talk on the phone to you, to help you with any issues one may have with breakdowns of air conditioning, heating, refrigerators, plumbing, water heaters or wells. I've mentioned just a few of the repairs I've been helped with since purchasing the warranty through Home Safe. Great people and very understanding.

Paid money to get service report from local repairman and than I did not get paid for replacement as per the report and you guys insist me to spend money to get another report.

I've been a customer for years and I put in one claim and you denied it.
There's no possible way to have photos of a leak on a broken water heater the day after the water has leaked out prior to the repair company comes out to replace it.
No one replaces a hot water heater for the hell of it.

After my older garage door lower panels fell off track, I soon learned that my coverage would pay ZERO dollars in its repair and I ended up paying $1600 to have a whole new door installed. WHY do I have this coverage if it doesn't HELP?
